First of all, I was impressed by how quickly I received my order - within 24 hours after placing it online. Next, the setup couldn't have been easier, just plug in and go - the Windows on the new computer pulled in everything from my prior computer, with my Microsoft username/password entered. I was up and running in less than 5 minutes. The color of the all-in-one system is really nice, the monitor is sleek and attractive, and the keyboard and mouse are slim and quiet. The computer itself has AMAZING sound, no need for external speakers! And it processes everything very quickly. I love the AI co-pilot!

I absolutely love this computer!! Im so happy I picked this one to buy. I almost eeny with a laptop but I'm a bigger screen type of girl. Bigger screens than what laptops come in. The set up was pretty easy. I havent had a All in One desktop computer in quite a few years i just been using my phone for everything and I wanted a computer with a bigger screen for designing things to make and sell from home. I definitely wouldn't have been as happy with a laptop as I am this beautiful thing. Shipping took only a few days. I definitely wanna put more storage and graphics in it at some point. Computer meets outstanding requirements for what i need it for. Between my Xbox Game Pass to online shopping it is outstanding. I have been wanting a desktop for a long time now and the last desktop I had was a HP All In One 19.5" back in 2014 and just got rid of it not too long ago but it still is working, my daughter has it! The 27 inch is awesome as I get older my eyesight isn't so great but with the big screen I can see everything! If you're considering a desktop that doesn't have too much clutter and does an outstanding job for everything I definitely recommend this HP 27" All In One! Really easy to set up just make sure you have a Hotmail Account it will go smoother to set up!

I am the type of person I will research a product for months and it takes me forever to make a decision. This is my second HP, in between I had Dell, that cost me more then what the computer was worth. I will never buy another brand nor from a different store. HP and Best Buy have my business for life and I couldn't be more pleased. It is amazoning and does things I never thought were imaginable, it has reduced my work hours by 3-4 a week due to the convenience I have with everything on here. It went above and beyond my expectations and so much more. Thank you HP and best buy, Everyone needs this computer, especially if you rely on it for a living as a private business owner

Love the bigger screen. This is my 3rd HP All-in-One over the last ten years. They don't last forever but neither do any electronics. I work remote so having the camera already built in is convenient. It's sitting next to my 22 inch monitor. Makes a big difference having a bigger screen to work on.

I got this all-in-one because i desperately needed up upgrade my home office. my work space is kind of small so this is great for saving space. The keyboard that comes with it is good, but just for aesthetic purposes, I swapped it out for they keyboard that you see in the picture. The only thing is that when the camera isnt open, you sound really muffled (this I found out when I was on a zoom call) but other than that I really like it.

I love this computer for the most part! The only thing I would change is the stability, I wish it wasn’t so wobbly, and the bottom mount scratches my desk when it’s moved. Over than that this is one of my favorite buys! I actually told my mother that she should get one too for her home office!

I love my new all-in-one Hewlett Packard desktop computer. The updated programs are easy and fun to work through and get to know. I love the larger screen and the clarity. Very pleased with this purchase, love the product.

Bought this to replace a desktop PC, but it has been down for about 3 months now. It really isn't as durable than my older desktop PV purchased years ago. At present it is OTS and I need to have a Geek person to come and straighten it out.
