    This ink is easy to use and it is also easy to store. I have several bottles with different colors lined up in a scrap of space on my minimalist printer station. The color is true and it does not smear. Filling the tank is easy. No spills yet.

    Bought hp computer at Best Buy in Bel Air, Maryland. Staff there very helpful, polite, explained everything, took me early for both appointments when no other customers were waiting. Explained process for transferring from my old hp (also bought at best Buy Bel Air) and new model. Explained qualities of several hp's before I choose the one i purchased. All around experience--5 stars!
