Laptop was in perfect condition, aside from one minor scuff, which is not noticeable at all. I decided to upgrade because my previous device did not have enough storage and was very slow. This laptop has tons of storage and is very fast and exactly what I needed. I not only bought it for college work, but also video editing which I do frequently. While I still believe a PC unit is the best option when doing heavy-load tasks such as video editing, this laptop is a great and easily-portable alternative with its storage, RAM, and processor. Only downside is battery depletes very quickly when multiple applications are open or load is very high, but I just keep it plugged in during those times. Laptop also heats up, but not too crazily. The build is strong and sturdy, and everything is smooth processing. Another thing to note is that while the laptop has a finger pad for fingerprint unlock, fingerprint scan is not an option to set up, not sure if that is because of the refurbish, or the model is originally like that. There is however, face scan, and it works pretty smoothly. I believe the Laptop wire my laptop shipped with is not the charger wire that originally comes with the device, but it works well. Overall, I would highly recommend this device if you are looking for a long-term laptop and do many heavy-load tasks on your laptop. For college students who are looking for a regular day to day device, I might recommend something else, because this is way beyond what you require, although the price point for the specs of this product are amazing. It is a great deal, and amazing device for the price.

This laptop is excellent for my activities both work and school, its weight and size means I can transport it without problems, it is very fast.

I loved it. I have bought this laptop a year ago. I never trusted any refurbished product before, but this has changed my thought. I used it heavily in the past year, and still, everything was and is working well. The battery runs for 4 hours on a full charge. The only problem was with the fingerprint reader, which was not working, after informing the seller Joy Systems, they are nice guys willing to repair it but I didn't need it so overall it was good. Worth the money. I trust this seller.

I purchased this laptop for personal and work use. I have always bought cheaper laptops but wanted one that was fast and reasonably priced. This thing has been a gamechanger! Seriously performs amazingly and worth the price. I've had no issues at all with the laptop. Battery life is good, performance is great, no lagging or quirks that I've found. I've used it just about every day and had it for about a month now. I'm used to using my work laptop which is pretty fast, but this one puts even my work laptop to shame. I'd highly recommend it.

Loptop has been performing better that new, l haven't had experience any troubleshooting at all and l download some heavy software on it for music production and video editing, is super fast, I'm even thinking of buying another one for my son before they run out of them.

Laptop came very well packaged with original charge cable. It was clean and looked brand new. We were skeptical with it being refurbished, but so far it is working as expected!

It's refurbished but decent one for my children to use for school tasks. It's little slower though and has some dents as this was dropped to the ground for more than once.

Terrible. Condition of the laptop I received looks like it was dropped down a flight of stairs. Laptop hinge is severely misaligned.

I bought this laptop thinking it was a good deal. First, it didn’t ship with a charger. No problem, I can buy one separately. But when I try to set it up, it tells me that Wi-Fi 2 is turned off and it can’t connect to my home internet. I have tried everything I can, but it won’t let me past this screen. It’s going to get returned.
