Print quality is superb. The only reason this cartridge gets 4 stars is because of the exorbitant cost. That said, I've tried several HP96/97 refurbished models from mutiple vendors, and re-manufacturers with poor, or at best, fair results. HP cartridges are more reliable and print noticeably better. That said, I will continue to try refurbished models once in a while, simply because of HP's price. Sorry, but $80 for ONE HP 96 & 97 with tax, is out of line. And that's the combo pack "discounted" price.

I bought the single package of ink because they were out of the combo packs,plus the sales person told me the single cartridge has more ink.not that best buy has control over HP ink price ,I really think HP ink is way too expensive.

The original inks by HP works great. They are just a bit tooor expensive compared to having cartridges refilled.

Great colors, they do not run or smudge. Easy to unload old cartridge & easy to load new cartridge. Ready to print right away!

The HP cartridges have worked very well for us. Just wish they were a little cheaper.

Could have bought this off Amazon or E-Bay but past experiences with those places have not been ideal. With Best Buy I KNOW it is not dried out or leaking when I buy ink cartridges online. Competitive price too.

I have used this material for years. The HP printer does a great job on either photos or printing media. The ink responds well to different types of papers.

This is the best color print cartridge for my HP Color Printer. It does an excellent job, and it lasts a long time.

It computer ink, but the color is pretty true to what it's supoposed to be and it lasts awhile

HP-97 Tricolor Ink Cartridge works very well in my HP Printer. I have always had exceptional results with HP-97.
