I have been putting off using my Bestbuy card until I found a laptop to suit my needs. Although I am still getting acquainted with it, I love it so far.

I had a dell laptop before this one and didn't like the newer versions; so I decided to give this one a try. I've had it for almost a year now and have had no problems and it has great storage and memory. Pages load fast. Great laptop for student!

An awesome up to date laptop with fast surfing; , amazing storage ,and even more amazing in sound quality ..I bought ESP. For my music storage and play and have no regrets!. I get compliments on the 'looks " of my laptop, too!

Great purchase for the price... I like HP products.

I was expecting little more like backlit lights metal case but this item did not have backlit lights and the case is plastic. I feel that the price should have been at least $100 less

Love the laptop only negative is the red letter keyboard is hard to see, it would be great with a lighted keyboard or at least white lettering.

I bought this over expensive piece of garbage specifically to make Beats on. I should have known it would be impossible to make beats on the beats by dre laptop. My software program wouldn't work with the laptops special little sound system. A 600 dollar paperweight that i broke because it stopped working. I tried to reset it and unplug the battery but I couldn't even put the terrible battery back into the awful laptop because its so difficult to set into place. Now its in the garbage dump where it belongs. Ill never buy a beats product or dre product again.

I returned this computer because if would freeze more than I could use it. The store manage was gracious enough to help me select another HP product.

Seems to be a very capable machine. Purchased as a work computer, as the internet based software I use was no longer accepting the older version of windows. Also, I enjoy World of Tanks and World of Warships. While it isn't going to operate at high levels, it does handle both games enough to enjoy them. The beats audio isn't anything special, but is ok for a laptop. The red also looks a little loud online, this isn't the case it is actually a very attractive enclosure. If you don't want to spend all out, this machine is worth it.
