I'll be much easier to connect I had a hard time without the Manual booklet. My old HP Officejet 6600 was much better I really didn't need the booklet for that printer.

Not the best printer for home office, spend the extra money and get the better model.

Good, affordable printer

Many of my family and friends use HP printers. This is my first HP printer. I would say that the only drawback of this printer is that it does not have a separate window to choose the number of copies, etc. Everything has to be done through the HP app, but I had an old computer that I couldn't connect to. Being that my laptop was so old, I decided to buy an new computer as well, so now there is no problem connecting to, and printing from my computer. It prints from my phone and tablet as well without any problems

Then when you do need to print after subscribing to this additional garbage, you spend 30 minutes each time trying to troubleshoot why an online printer can't print. Buy anything else.

Trying to run a business and once I canceled subscription the printer doesn't print no longer. Can't run a business with this printer. Very disappointed in HP!!!

Must Trouble Shoot Every time I Print

The 4100 won’t stay connected to the internet. Every time I want to print I have to spend 20 minutes on the HP website trying to connect it, and trouble shoot it. Do not waste your money on this. Last night I spent 30 minutes trouble shooting and it still won’t print. The display reads that it is connected to WIFI, but when I go to web site to print says it’s off line. Maybe it’s the requirement to have to do everything with HP’s website now. Its to much of a hassle will definitely take it back. I’m ready to go back to Brother for a printer.
