I am a private investigator and need to have a powerful laptop I can take with me when I am away from my office and my desktop. My old computer was just too slow and did not have enough storage or power. I love HP and I found this HP Elitebook and decided it met my needs and budget. I even got a free Windows 11 Pro upgrade. It is amazingly fast and with an additional 1TB or cloud storage, it handles it all. I could not be more happy.

Good laptop for the value. Loads quickly and doesn’t bog down when having multiple windows open. Bought it refurbished and it has the loading symbol burned into the screen but it’s very small and hardly noticeable. I use for work and while traveling. The refurbished one I bought also has a short battery life but I don’t think that is the same with the new one.

The computer is fast and overall reliable. The only thing not working properly are a few of the fn buttons and the brightness buttons as well. It is not a problem for I can go to settings to adjust; it's just a minor convenience. But other than that, I love the computer! I was more focused on getting a bigger memory (32GB). No scratches or dents. Battery life is average. Speed of computer is pretty fast.

Runs great! Currently using it for school and storing photography files, so light tasks but it is great for that with it's terabyte of storage. My only issue with it is that the Plus/Equals key takes more force than the rest of the keys to register, but it is not a big deal.

I love the easibility. I do miss having a touchscreen. I love the free Windows 11 update, and it's light weight! The price was amazing!

This laptop came in pristine condition; had I not known it was refurbished, I wouldn't have guessed that it wasn't new. It was purchased for me by my employer so that I'd have a reliable laptop for research and writing. After almost 8 months, it still works perfectly. Considering the cost of similar new laptops, this is a remarkable value. The display is nice and sharp -- this machine was refurbished with a Bang & Olufsen screen, which is pretty swanky! The sound is also strong and clear. The processor is fast and efficient; I don't experience lags with loading or streaming audio or video. Banner ads don't create lags either. I can be a typical Xennial who leaves multiple windows and tabs and programs open without problems (I don't advise that, but it happens). Using Windows 11 was a bit of an adjustment, since the interface is different from what I used before (Windows 7), but it works perfectly well. I even was able to reconfigure my toolbar so it looked the same as 7. Being able to login with a PIN has some advantages in that it is harder to mistype a PIN than a password. The only major adjustment for me has been that there isn't an alphanumeric keypad on this laptop. It is a bit smaller than my previous laptop. That is only an issue for me because I write in different languages. However, there are easy fixes: a USB-connected external keypad or switching the language and keyboard will sort everything out on that account. In essence, this laptop is great and I have no complaints!

I love my new hp laptop. It looks like new. It works faster and has a long battery life,too. It also has loads of memory that I don't have to worry about filling up any time soon; for maybe the next 10 years, It's super lightweight, which makes it easy when I'm on the go. The screen is my Goldie Lock's dream not too big, no bulk here and not too small. 14" is just the right size for me. Plus, this laptop is super sleek looking. I highly recommend it.

This is a solid Laptop; sturdily built, good sound, screen size, Input/Outputs, and runs/surfs quickly. Likewise, having received a refurbished Laptop from Joy Systems, I can say their work is quite good. Visually, this system is undamaged, and booted and updated immediately, no ghost files and programs in the system. All in all, I can recommend both the Laptop and the Provider

Great Laptop! Bought it for school/work, so I didn't need any high specs or huge storage capacity. Gets the work done and is easy to transport. The battery is okay, but I normally travel with the charger regardless so it doesn't affect me too much. Speed and display are great for every day use! I'll be buying a 2nd one to gift to my boyfriend!
