Do NOT buy refurbished computers from BestBuy, as they do not stand behind their guarantee of quality. This laptop had two major issues that my IT firm had to fix upon setup:
(1) The SSD drive was very much past its useful life, with over 1000 days of use and over 10TB of read writes. It should have been replaced.
(2) A non-OEM charging cable was included, and was far inferior to the original, so much so that my IT company was uncomfortable using it. They swapped it out for a better one.
When I reached BestBuy to request a partial credit toward future use, I was told my only recourse was to return the laptop. That was not an option given that the fixes had already been made.
