I bought this laptop refurbished by the Joy Systems. I am very satisfied with the purchase. The price/quality component is more than excellent. The laptop operates great, it's condition is comparable to a new laptop. Highly recommend. I am a teacher, and this is a perfect product that is affordable and effective.

This computer arrived in excellent condition, pre-loaded with Windows 11. I have enjoyed using it, and it's portable with the charge holding up pretty well.

This refurbished laptop arrived quickly and works perfectly. The setup instructions were easy to understand and setup didn’t take long. If you do have any issues JoySystems makes it easy to contact them by phone, email, or website.

Looks like a great computer. Didn’t come with a charger so I’ll be exchanging it but I’ve used these for years and they always work amazing for me
