improvement over older floor model desktop

One of the few reasonably priced HP desktops with DVD R/W. It sits on the desk and is the right height for my monitor. Easier to access USB ports as it is on the desk. This may be an older desktop but was newer than my PC which was running out of disk space and hanging sometimes. It meets my need. Installation was easy. My first time installing with a windows account so had a few hiccups but no major issues. The hard drive is a bit noisy. It seems to be faster than my old desktop. Have not installed all software or tried out the DVD R/W. but so far no complaints.

I was a little scared to buy a refurbished computer but this one came packed well with everything it was supposed to have. plugged it in and added some ram and a cheap video card and now my 3D prints look awesome thanks to Best Buy.

Great price and does what I need

We can't seem to get a headset to work with it, but haven't had a ton of time to look too intently into it. Computer is fast and doesn't take up too much room

Great refurbished value

The only thing to note is Wi-Fi is not included so you will need to purchase a USB WiFi dongle but you can use an Ethernet to connect to the internet otherwise

Computer broke - easy return

Don't Buy from Best Buy Refurbished
