Buying refurbished is always a risk. Sometimes you win, sometimes you lose. This time I won. This unit has mucho power and memory and everything worked. Using it for light gaming and digital art for one of my sons. Lots of ports but, unfortunately, no HDMI port or wireless internet...which was clear in the description that they were missing. Fortunately I had an internet booster that I could plug in near the computer and use a wired connection. Had to run out and get a USB to HDMI cable...not cheap but still all worth it as I could not have gotten this much of a computer for anywhere near that price new.

Works great. Fast for my grandson's gaming. He wishes the video card was better. The hard drive is slow to boot compar ed d to my SST drive but once it is running it work very well.

I was a little leery about purchasing a pre-owned desktop. It has been a great computer so far. It was easy to set up. I have had no issues what so ever. It had all the features I needed but at a reasonable price.

Bought this for my son to work from home. It met the storage i7 core processor requirements of his employer. Chose Best Buy for quality and great price.

This is a great computer, that i use for work. The fan is a bit loud, but you cannot beat the features, size, and processor for the price.

Excellent work computer added another 16GB memory ad work all day with 8 open windows, no hassle! Looks like new. No disappointments!

I have used my new HP Elite Desktop for about a month. It has everything I was needing. Windows 10 upgrade, Intel i7 , larger memory and hard drive than I had previously. It is working like a champ.

Great hp monitor for home used I recommend great, better options for the price but if you want make lil upgrade probably do it

We had to purchase this as an extra computer for our science lab. We were a little skeptical because it was pre-owned but it's working great and is super fast. I would definitely recommend. Great computer and specs at a fantastic price!

Bought this when my computer crashed and burned ... did'n want to invest the money for a desktop so decided to go this route ...it is working wonderfully ... good as a brand new one.

This hard drive was easy to set up and is small enough it doesn’t require a lot of space. Perfect for my desk top.

Noisy!! Sounds like a vehicles tailpipe dragging on asphalt. But seems to work okay.

Never purchased refurbished before; now, I will definitely look into it more. The computer is new in all regards and works great. The setup was quick and I was up running and very happy with it.

The computer is working great so far. I had not used Windows 10 before, always Windows 7. 10 does as 7 only more buzzers and whistles, which I have yet to explore. I would appreciate some documentation for the hardware. Can you supply me with this?

Perfect solution to our needs. Needed to upgrade from a laptop that was over 10 years old. Now have a dedicated computer for my needs. Works just fine at a discounted price! Would purchase again.

I purchased this unit for my WAH job, and I admit—I was a little nervous buying refurbed. But the price was right and the specs were right, and I’m glad I took the chance. This HP has worked like a dream.

My order was delivered in two days. Setup was easy and it runs so quietly I had to check to see if it was on. Wireless and Bluetooth are great. No complaints
