The laptop purchased has a fragile structure. It was accidentally bumped, and it dented easily, showing poor durability in its build quality.

Not happy with the HP. I had a large screen HP Envy which was great until it wasn't. This HP very difficult to get used to. When the original HP was set up by BB Geek squad they told the data from my old laptop and transferred it to the original HP and installed the software all done when I picked it up. Took the time to explain everything. This time they transferred the data in a totally different format and documents are not filed in the folders as they were for Word and Excel. Difficult time everytime I look for something. I felt very rushed in the process. Made an appointment in another store for some explanations, again rushed and very little personal service. Are the Squad staff on instructions to have minimal time spent with the customer? Very disappointed in the computer itself and the service I received from Best Buy!

The only issue I have with this computer is the fact that it does not have a numeric keypad. Totally my mistake for not noticing this fact. Since I work with numbers almost all the time I find it really challenging using the numbers of regular keyboard. I really wish I could switch it back for another unit.

Laptops only speakers are on the bottom of the unit, making all speaker noise muffled. Gigantic design flaw in an otherwise solid laptop.

I thought it was okay. The trackpad is less responsive than other laptops that I have had, but it runs quickly. Ultimately, it worked well for what I needed it to do. I have only had the laptop for a couple of months, but the day after my return window ended, the computer is now showing a blue screen and saying that "CMOS Checksum is invalid" error (Error 502). I have run through the recommended actions, but it persists. It is frustrating. I do regret buying it

Loved this laptop until I got the blue screen of death. Was also freezing up. I did everything I could to fix but no good. I took back in and got a replacement from Best Buy. They were very helpful.
