It is a great PC with incredible speakers. I dont really like the touchscreen feature but this PC'S touchscreen is easy to use as well. I would totally recommend this to somebody who is looking for a reliable computer.

Very easy to setup. Great picture. Like the Beats audio speakers. Like that it has an external dvd drive. Doesn't take up very much space. Windows 10 upgrade easy to do by myself. I do not like the keyboard. A little small for my liking.

I upgraded from Windows XP. I am pleased with all the features this all-in-one has, especially the large, adjustable screen. The "receiver" for the wireless keyboard and mouse are built-in, not a separate item. One must have the keyboard and mouse in front of the display screen to ensure they are recognized during startup. Geek squad did an excellent job transferring my files (my use is mostly word processing, spreadsheets, etc.) and helping me make the transition from XP to Windows 8.1. Although I qualify for a free upgrade to Windows 10, I will wait a while to ensure the major errors are addressed

Computer is great. 8.1 keeps it from being higher rating. Touch screen enables me to enlarge screen so my bad eyes are not a problem. If I can overcome the 8,1 then the rating will be 5.

So far this computer has been great. Easy set up, the touch screen works great, easy upgrade to windows 10. Much faster than my old desktop that this replace. The included, detachable DVD drive is another plus.

This computer is a good and fast computer overall. The Windows 8 operating system is horrible though. It is annoying, confusing and very difficult to use. Not counting that it works great and runs fast and has an excellent monitor. I don't like how it doesn't have a built-in CD-ROM drive when it is supposed to be an all-in-one model. I have to use an external drive which just takes up more space. It would also be nice if it has a few more USB ports so I could have all my accessories hooked up at the same time. This last thing is that the keyboard is really small making it harder to use and definitely takes a while to get used to.

Hardware is great and easy for my mom to use. Microsoft Software was too difficult to set up and required geek squad. Get geek squad support definitely worth it. Some reps are much better than others and some want to easily send out tech support which costs more money and should be completely unnecessary for a new product out of the box. If necessary then take the product back. But it was helpful to have them over the phone assist with all the junk Microsoft tries to push at you instead of just making it easy to set up

I love this computer!! It's super fast. Teamed up windows 10 the graphics and colors are Amazing!!!!! Takes up less space because it's all in one. Love it with my embroidery software and the 23in screen.

All family members will love the ease and functionality of the HPEnvy. Searching through different screens are very clear and the sliding touch makes it even easier to use. Wonderful product for visuals.

This is my second HP all in one. The first one was fine but after 5 years it was getting old and a little worn out. This one is fabulous. My first one sounded like a jet airplane all the time and was actually interfering with hearing anything else going on in the room. This one makes NO noise whatsoever. In fact, when I first turned it on I thought it was broke because it is completely silent. And Windows 8 is wonderful. My first one had Windows 7 and after 5 years it took about 7 minutes to boot up. This new one takes about 11 seconds! I love it. And the best part is that this new one cost $1,500 LESS than the first one I bought 5 years ago and is way more powerful. Oh- it is HiDef too. Great deal.

You get a great deal with this computer. It has an I5 processor for amazing speed. Version Windows 8.1 ready to go out of the box, along with a very responsive touch screen which kids love. The music flows and movies come to life thanks to the Beats audio. The main screen can fold down close to flat and adjusts back to a standard position easily. I would buy another for myself again.

I have been satisfied with this computer. I tend to use it more as a desktop then a tablet version since it's touchscreen. But it can be folded down to use more hands on. The speed and specs are great for the price. The only reason I gave 4 stars is becasue of Windows 8. I am not a fan of that operating system and that's the only option you have when you purchase this. Other then that good deal and good computer.

I am not Computer literate so having a computer that is "friendly" is very important. The screen is exceptional and with Windows 10 I am learning something new everyday. The speed is amazing.

Excellent computer for a family use. For $949, can't beat it. I would buy it again if I need to. Picture is great with a good screen size for a desk but sound no too good so I've added a Bluetooth Bose mini speaker and have my own little home theater on my desk. It is fast and easy to setup, less wires to run, and doesn't take too much desk space.

This was an open box item I found at an amazing price. I was very pleased that I did. The computer is easy to set up and use. It uses very little space on my desk and looks sleek. Love the touch screen!

I got this as a gift for my partner and he loves it! We are Apple Fans all the way but this was a great purchase. The sound is beautiful and the screen size is amazing. No regrets!

I can work old school with mouse and keyboard or state of the art with touch screen. It allows me to move from both worlds with ease.

I was concerned about the Windows 8, but having a tablet and being used to working on a desktop, this combines the best of both. I like the ease of the desktop which I am used to from work, but it is really easy to go to the touch screen and back again. I like the touch screen for windows I open frequently (like weather channel, e-mail, amazon). That is really quick. The computer set up fast (had the geek squad do it) and minimal instruction was needed to operate it, including hooking up the printer. My only concern is seeing my google e-mail folders, haven't mastered that yet, but haven't played around with it. Otherwise, a really great experience and I LOVE the all in one -- no more speakers, no more tower. The large screen is also great.

Large screen helps my is vision impaired family member . Upgrade to Windows 10 a plus. Easy to set up. Have had no trouble with mouse response

My wife has never used a touch screen computer besides her Mini & now is using touch on desktop. Very easy to set up & is fast.
