Cons: The wireless network is difficult to connect especially more than one computer/laptop. The copier communicates to paper supply provider. It wants to know about how much you print (keeps track), ask for card number so you receive automatic print paper delivered after manufacturer promotion period ;/ Will only recommend printer to someone similar to myself that does NOT print often

It is not the best, when I first used it, it did not print and indicted that I need ink. I banged on it a couple of times now it works.

I had a hard time getting my old printer to connect to WiFi, not with this one. Witless printing is a breeze. It was ezy to setup and they HP app makes it easy to use all the functions.

Due to Instant Ink you have to pay a monthly subscription to print even if you have a full cartridge. I rarely have to ever print, scan, or fax. Also, am not a fan of being told how many times or how much I can print.

Mine does seem to crash from time to time and shows this white screen with random characters. A simple restart fixes the problem but it's a bit of a nuisance.
