Love this all in one printer! It does everything!!! It was easy to set up and worked like a charm. I love the software can use my phone to perform all functions.

The sales process was infuriating. I purchased the printer online and was told to pick it up in one hour. When i got to the stoeI was told that it wasnt available but I could order it and have it on the 18th(that was on th13th) but I had to pay for it again. O th15th I received an email saying thatsince I didnt pick it up on the 18th that the order was being cancelled. In the meantime you showed it available but at a muck higher price. Also Amazon still showed it but their price was also increased to 180. I told the wife she wasnt getting her printer. On the morning of the 18th I got anemail yhat I had a package to be picked on - it was the printer that I was told was cancelled. I got my wifes present but there were a lot of hoops yo jump thru.

Thr printer works very well. Its easy to set up snd use. The quality of printing is good as well.This printer offers other features that i have nit used yet.

Overall good, very easy to setup. Haven’t used it too much but it has worked great when I have used it.

Absolutely no complaints about all functions of this printer. It's great to be back on a reliable HP after 3 miserable years with a Canon that wouldn't stay connected.

First time having a wireless printer. I had some issues setting it up but had help from Geek Squad. Unlike my previous printer, I learned that I had to keep this printer on all the time otherwise it wouldn't print & I would have to call Geek Squad to have it re-connected to the network. I basically just wanted to print, copy & scan. Overall, I love this printer, and, it was on sale.

In all fairness, I haven’t used my printer too much since purchasing it a month ago, but it is in place. As for its performance and ease of use, it’s not easy to know, at this time. So far, it has successfully handled a basic few printing requests. I am not able to fairly comment on requested categories. However, I am in this very short period of use.

Typical HP printer, easy to set up and use. A bit slow but the low volume use just fine and economical.

It is a great printer for the cost. I love it. I would give it a 5 except the location is next to the power cord on the back very hard to use. I have to pick mine up and turn it round o turn it on or off.

This printer is a good value for the price. It was pretty easy to set up and easy to operate. It does not require a lot of space and it's easy to use your phone app to print.

Yes, it works good. I like the white color, the size of the printer, and the HP brand.

So far everything is fine. I will let you know more. We've had a fine health problems and haven't been able to use it as we planed.

I got this for 3 month ago. And it working very well . Easy to print my son school project. Love it.

Printer works well, a little slower then my previous HP printer.

This printer is perfect for my small family that occasionally has printing needs.

Had to return the Cannon and this works so much better great setup that took minutes to do ❤️

Does a nice job printing and scanning, has all the features i need. The subscription ink service, well i'll have to see if that works for me... i dont print much. Without the subscription the ink is as expensive as the printer, so thays a bummer.

This printer replaces an older hp printer. I really liked the older one. This one is just as great and is very easy to setup. I don’t use a smartphone but it was very easy to install with my iPad. The free ink was an added incentive.
