Really love the large screen and adaptability of this laptop. Easy to use as tablet or laptop and touchscreen is great feature. So far performance has been excellent

Love this computer. It was right in my price range and performs great. touchscreen and tablet mode work great, fast and runs smoothly. Obviously not for someone that needs a super gaming computer or some other intensive machine, but great for a casual user. originally the one i purchased had some sort of defect and would freeze and the touchscreen would stop working. i took it back to the store and they exchanged it for a brand new one quickly with no problems and the new one works great

Very nice laptop. Touch screen quick and clear. The keyboard is nicely spaced and easy to use. Light weight and easily portable. Being able to flip the screen around to use more like a table is a nice feature.

So far works great. Fast enough to develop my mobile apps and my wife can design with the tablet Wacom so great. Is just amazing how easy it is to use. we use to fold it almost 360 so we can watch some movies and it'll stand by itself. not heavy at all. Looks and feels amazing, so premium. keyboard doesn't sounds at all so I can work at night without worrying about it. It comes with numeric keypad on the side also which is so useful. I got the Core i5 with 12gb Ram version and got it for $600 on memorial day so it was a great deal. Only thing I'm still trying to figure out is how to improve screen text resolution cause on some websites text looks kind of mmm blurry??? maybe, not too much tough but still it didn't look like that at the store. Touch screen is so easy to use and responds great and fast. Boot is not that fast since it's not SSD but is fast enough. Windows hello recognize your face so I don't need to worry about passwords or anything to use it once I turn it on cause it works great, almost like face ID on iPhone X. is amazing how fast it unlocks the screen and you're good to start working. Sounds is perfect. Not the best but good enough. You can easily watch a movie at your place without headphones. Cortana is also so useful.

So far my wife is very happy with her HP Envy. The size, speed, functions fit all of her needs. She is not a heavy user, but loves it for managing photos and surfing the internet.

My wife needed this computer to work, she teaches Chinese children English via Online classroom. She has gotten so much more out of this computer than ever expected. The versatility that it gives her with the touch screen and tablet ability is amazing and makes her job so much more manageable with three children running around the house.

I bought this laptop for a friend who wanted a cheaper price with good performance. He was not disappointed and was very satisfied with the processor speed (i5) and HD screen.

I got the HP Envy 360 for my school computer, I find it fast enough to keep up with what I'm doing for school online classes testing and just overalls gray computer

I have been looking and shopping for awhile and finally chose this one partially due to the sale price. I understand now that this particular serial number has been discontinued. This computer was recommended to me as "business standard" by the clerk. The speed is comfortable for what I do and seems much faster between windows than the last computer I bought about two years ago (which I really didn't like and finally gave away to someone who enjoyed it). I am an independent school contractor who works at least 40 hours a week on a computer using Office 365 Word, an online data management program, an online test scoring system, and some downloaded software, so this computer appears to meet my needs. Since school has not started for 2018-19, I have not put this computer through its normal paces yet. This HP will be replacing the five-year old computer I am now using. I will be learning to use Windows 10 since the older computer was Windows 7 so I am making a slow transition (old dog learning new tricks) and cannot speak to the benefits or weaknesses well yet. I actually bought the Geek yearly support at the same time and had them do the initial set-up, downloads, and install Webroot, all of which was free. I use the mousepad exclusively and this one is smoother to the touch than most of the other brands and even other HP computers. I also noticed that this computer is slimmer than either of previous computers. It also does not have a built-in CD/DVD player. I rated this computer a 4 since it is a practical computer, not a Cadillac, and due to the missing player.

It's fast, even the 1tb hard drive works quickly. The sound is impressive and the speaker is a long strip across the top. The screen and color accuracy is great. Battery life is good since it's a low power cpu. The only downside is gaming is poor, Intel uhd graphics can't handle much and it's worse for games that aren't compatible with ddr4 as ram instead of dedicated graphic ram.

I would recommend this product to all my friends that are going to high school or college. The product is very light and manageable to cary around with you all day at school

Nice laptop but I ended up returning it. the issue was the backlit keyboard. it really messed with my eyes at night. If I could sit and have the keyboard where I looked directly down on the board it was okay. but sitting at normal positions for comfort it was difficult to see the keys. So if this doesn't bother you get it. Has a good feel to it, long battery life and features. Speed is also good.

This is a good laptop but i have some issues with it. Doesn't come back on when I put it to sleep mode, I have to manually turn off and turn on. I changed the settings it worked for a while and went back again. I called hp and they worked on it but within few weeks is back. Beside that this laptop is the best, good on battery, good pixels and more space

The laptop is very sleek and great looking. The speakers and speed is great also. it is a bit heavy but I am very pleased with its look and performance.

I like this laptop a LOT. The backlit keyboard is a great help when working in a poorly lit area like my motorhome at night. It's got plenty of performance. I kind of like Windows 10 although still think fond thoughts about Windows 7 whenever something in 10 doesn't work the way I would like. I recommend this laptop to all users.

I love this laptop. It is easy to use and I love that it is a 2/1 so I can set it up in the fashion I need at the time.

My new laptop is very light and easy to carry. For the price I am very pleased with this product. It is easy to use and paired with my HP printer easily. HP is my preferred brand for laptop computers. If treated well they last for many years.
