This computer was really easy to set up and get running. I wanted something that would work well with Zoom and this one has done very well so far. It allows me to see the maximum number of participants and is quick to respond to my comments. It feels nice and comfortable to use. Nice sound too.

I just bought this laptop and it's awesome. It's lightweight and the operating system is lightning fast. I love the touchscreen and the graphics are awesome. highly recommended!

It's hadbeen a while since I was looking for a laptop. I am happy that I came across this particular laptop. It's lightweight, it Folds as it was a tablet. I love the touch screen.

I loved this laptop because is so fast. Furthermore, the size is perfect to carry and the weight is very light. Also is portable and ergonomic. I like too much.

This computer came at a great price with all of the things I needed, the 11th generation Intel Core i7, 12 GB memory and 512GB SSD. The touch screen I didn't need, but I love it. I was able to switch things over from my old laptop to this new computer fast and easily. Doing a little self education on processors and memory the night before really helped me when talking to the always helpful salesperson. He directed me to exactly the computers that were in my range with comparison to above and below.

The Geek Squad was great in setting up this new computer and transferring data/files, etc. Though I only use my computer for minor photo editing, word processing, and SKYPING I wanted something that was going to last me a long time for whatever I'd be using it for. I love the touch screen aspect. The computer is quiet and does not get hot when held on my lap.

Love the touch screen feature. Battery excellent, stays charged for many hours. Price was excellent. I love this laptop. Very convenient to carry around with me.

So far, i have no major complaints about this product. There are a few things though. The fan comes on and run for a couple of minutes when i take it out of sleep mode. The other is that after opening a few Youtube pages in Microsoft Edge, it hangs the computer. When i look into the Task Manager to see what the issue could be, i noticed that something was eating up the memory. To get round that problem, i have to end Microsoft Edge and restart it again. The same thing happened when i was testing several laptops at the Best Buy Store. Apparently, Microsoft Edge has an issue and it needs to be fixed. I now use Firefox instead and i do not have that issue with the Firefox browser.

Very fast and easy to use. Charges quickly. Love the number pad. The touch screen and flip screen are great features. The sound quality is also great.

I love this computer - smooth touch screen use, fast, it's not to heavy, it is exactly what I needed to work with my sewing and vinyl business.

I can't believe how technology has advanced in the 6 years since I purchased my last computer. This was a great purchase, fast and easy to use keyboard (because of the backlight option). I really appreciated the great sevice I got at the Tacoma store. My salesman,Michael Walsh was great, He helped my wade through all the models you guys carry, buy questioning my usage. Result, a perfect match for me. Of course the Geek Squad was exceptional, they always are. Benn auser for three years now. Always comforting to know they are there if I need them, real peace of mind.

This is the third HP Envy I have purchased over the past 4 years. I use it mainly for work - which involves a lot of documents, photos, emails, internet searches, accounting program, social media and zoom type meetings. For my purposes it's great. Pretty fast. I use a lot of cloud storage so I'm sure storage on the actual hard drive won't be an issue. I am not a gamer so don't know how it would function in that area. I have a separate CD drive if needed. I use this as an everyday laptop, but also is light enough, and small enough without the screen being too small to carry out when needed. I bought an older version of this same computer earlier in the year, so obviously I would buy it again. I think for the price range it was pretty decent.

Love it. Lightweight. Fast and the display is great to watch Netflix and Hulu. Love the touchscreen and flip screen too. Would definitely recommend.

Very thrilled about this laptop and all it's features, especially the touch screen and 360 screen capability. I do wish it came in prettier colors, but I wasn't willing to pay more than I needed for just "looks." On top of the great laptop purchase, what I appreciate most about buying from Best Buy is the ability to converse directly with knowledgeable employees about product options. I was originally leaning towards a laptop that would not have been a good fit for my intended use/interest, which includes photo editing and video production.
