It's really handy to have a touch screen laptop that converts to a tablet when need be.

Overall this laptop is ok, a couple of things i don't like is that everytime after turning it on you have to keep repressing the number lock it doesn't stay locked when pressed only once(very annoying). I am not used to windows 10 so still trying to find where everything is located. Computer runs a bit slow compared to others I have owned in the past. I bought this on spur of the moment when my computer crashed and my son needed a computer the next day for school. I wish i would have researched a little bit more before buying.

I have always only purchased Dell laptops and have had no problem with them. I use them until they end their life and move on to the newest version. I have had 4 Dell laptops. The salesman at BestBuy sold me on the HP Envy x360 and I love this laptop! It is fast and the graphics are 10 times better than that of the similar Dell version. I had an issue with converting to the new Windows system, but Windows 10 is easy to navigate. I recommend this laptop to everyone that I meet.

the only issue I have is that when it is used as a tablet, the keyboard is not covered in any way. there should be a better way to fold it so that the keyboard is not the bottom side of the tablet. Not really usable as a "tablet" in my opinion.

Got this for my wife for her birthday. She loves it and hasn't had any issues. Would highly recommend for anyone looking for a 2 in 1. Only reason I didn't give it 5 stars was due to a lack of office product. Don't like the Microsoft office free trial due to the subscription that is required once it expires.

HP Envy x360 purchased at Christmas 2015. So far, only 1 minor concern when neither the keyboard or touch screen would control the computer. After several attempts, I was finally able to shut down and re-start. It has been working ok since.

It has taken a little time to adjust to a touch screen. It seems to be a well designed and well built product.

Laptop worked really good, but when screen went to sleep mode it would turn all white and have multi color lines. I took it back to best buy and they exchanged it with no problem, since I had just purchased it. My second one is doing great.

Not as fast as I thought it would be I wanted it to process the information quicker. Also has some weight to it. I do like how you can flip the screen and you are allowed to stand it up.

I bought this computer because I wanted something fast and reliable. I own an HP desktop with the I-3 processor and feel that it is at times a little sluggish, so I figured the I-7 would be better and I could not be happier with it. It loads programs and surfs the web with ease. Windows 10 is so much better than Windows 8. My teenage daughter plays games on it and loves it. The touchscreen is a nice effect as well as being able to turn it into a tablet. The backlit keyboard makes it even more enjoyable to use. If you are thinking about a laptop, be sure to check this one out.

This laptop is fast rugged and versatile. Good sized screen with excellent resolution. The lighted keyboard comes in handy in low light situations, the lighted keyboard can be turned off when not needed. The battery is sufficient but it would be nice if it lasted longrr, it's good for about 3 to 4 hours of steady use. I'm happy with it and would recommend it.

We bought this for our HS son to do homework and to play games online, just what he needed. Nice computer!
