HP's LaserJet M110we is a winner. It prints crisp black and white documents quickly and the wireless feature is super handy. The bonus of 6 months of Instant Ink with HP+ is a great cost-saver. It's a reliable, easy-to-use printer that has made my home office much more efficient.

Great for the price. It prints darker than I expected. If I use label paper, it does a decent job. I would recommend lining up the paper before each sheet is pulled through. The photos are from the same sheet. It cannot connect to more than one network. I moved the printer and had to contact support to master reset it so that I could connect. Overall it works well.

The design of this printer is incredibly small and you can fit this printer anywhere in your house. The quality is really decent, it prints fast and the toner mechanism is super smooth.
However, don't try to use this printer if you do not own a windows computer: I set it up at home in ~3 minutes and was able to print documents from my Mac. Alas, after a couple of days without any problem, the printer just refused to print and start having the orange exclamation point blinking. After a bit of research I found that the printer was locked and would only print one page that says "Printer setup incomplete. Finish printer setup to enable printing".
More research, and the printer needs to have some type of setup to be unlocked. Ok, since I can't unlock from the computer (printer refuses to print anything), I tried to setup via the printer's webserver (already have an HP account). I was able to hack my way through and tried to enable the "HP Web Service", but that was not sufficient.
Finally tried to finish the setup through my phone. I was successful, but I had to download 2 different apps, each asking me my app store credentials multiple time. This is the first time I download an app that ask me to download another app... HP Kwality...
Long story short, it took me 2 hours to setup. Bottom line, do not rely on this printer if you have a deadline.
Note to the developer: do not let your hardware work only to lock it after a couple of days of use.

Hi, Tom.
I’m sorry that your printer was so difficult to set up. I was excited about this printer because of how small it is, but after two weeks I'm extremely disappointed by it and would return it if I was still in the Best Buy return period.
Setting up the printer requires connecting it to wifi through the HP mobile app. No problem. It was my understanding however–from an official answer on the HP website itself (screenshot attached)–that opting in to the HP+ program, and consenting to always leave the printer connected to the internet/never use 3rd party cartridges, was optional.
This appeared to be true in the first few days I had the printer: I went through the setup steps in the mobile app successfully, then when it prompted me to sign up for HP+ (without a Decline option), I was able to print so I just closed the app and moved on.
The printer worked fine for the first 20 pages I printed, then stopped printing with an error stating I needed to complete the setup process. Well it turns out that in reality, completing the setup process is not actually possible without opting in to HP+, and without that opt-in the printer is now a $130 brick on my desk.
I have no interest in promising HP I'll always leave this printer connected to the internet and always use their cartridges. My last HP printer lasted me nearly 20 years. Will the web service that this thing connects to for permission to operate even exist at that point? Probably not.
Particularly frustratingly, I successfully printed some things right after setting it up, but didn't hit that 20 page threshold where it completely locked up until it was outside of the return window.
On top of all of this, the print quality is pretty bad. I wasn't expecting perfection here, I recognized that with this model I was trading DPI for a smaller form factor. That said, I expect a laser printer to produce crisp text. This printer does not produce crisp text. Regardless of the source document, it produces strangely jagged/dithered text that looks significantly worse than a cheap inkjet.
So here I am with a printer that produced 20 fuzzy pages before demanding my indefinite loyalty to HP before ever printing again, and I'm left wondering: why would I ever buy another HP product?

Needed a small printer due to limited space and this HP laser jet not only has a small footprint but it prints very quickly. I am very pleased .
Had an HP deskjet same size but not only was the printing slow but went through toner so quickly. Highly recommend and the price is right!

PERFECT and Compact for Smaller Spaces

If you’re like me and have been working at home, with a spouse also working out of the house, and two makeshift offices with desks, computers, etc, you my also realize that space is now at a premium.
HP smartly designed the mw100 printer specifically for us. It takes up less than half the footprint of our previous laser printer. On top of that it the networking component seems to remain locked on the 2.4 GHz network whereas the Brother laser seems to disappear at random.
While this is not the fastest laser printer I’ve tested, it’s certainly the smallest, even smaller than a previous generation inkjet, and the dot matrix that preceded it.
Pros
+ small
+ compact
+ simple setup
+ Apple AirPrint
+ good laser quality
+ great connectivity
+ respectable speed
+ HP Smart app controls
Cons
-not color
-monochrome
-lacks MFC functions
-no video feedback screen
-6-mo ink requires CC on file
Conclusion
This is a fairly basic compact laser printer, middle of the road stats, though it’s small form factor and entry level price make it a great bargain.
