Printer is great for the price but confused with HP App and printing scanning process but time will help me more than HP Customer service! Overall I do like this product!

So far so good. I like the way it prints and I like the printer cartridge instead of ink. I wish it were black instead of white though.

Nice machine but a bit finicky at times as with all wireless devices. Print quality, envelope feed a bit cumbersome.

It was easy to set up and works well. Only issue is still can’t print wirelessly. Even had a professional computer tech Friend try and set up the wireless part and still no luck. Sad bc that was the selling point for me.

I don't do a lot of printing/scanning/faxing, but when I need these services, I need them to work and work well. Have just set this up and have already used all the functions. Still have things to learn, but, am overall impressed with the quality and ease of use of this product. The only hitch is that it doesn't do legal size.

This is a fine printer, high quality output, but it is not that easy to install. Needed HP tech support on two PCs after HP Smart App and HP Print & Scan Doctor would not resolve the wifi connection issues.

So far so good. I have owned it for two months. The HP Laser prints clear black and white pages. It is also fast. Set up was pretty easy (I used wireless setup). The scan function is good; works well for all intent and purposes. The only downfall for me is the connection. I own a Macbook Pro, and the printer doesn't seem to stay connected if it has been idled for days. I have to restart the printer to get it to connect...just a pain to do. The other computer in the house is Windows, and it seems to connect okay. There have been a few times when the password from the router had to be re-entered. Again, just a pain to do. I am not sure if it is because of the idle time. Sometimes it can be weeks before something needs to be printed. Overall, I highly recommend this printer.

After 10 years, my former printer decided it was time for me to make a change. After much research, I selected the HP LaserJet MFP M227fdw. While the printer installed easily on my new computer (Windows 10), I have failed to install it correctly on an additional computer within my network. I'm sure it is my knowledge (or lack thereof) and complications with very old software. In most cases I would recommend this printer for easy install, easy of use and very good quality print for everyday purposes (black only output, my choice).

First Toner printer for the home office, and I must say that is was an excellent buy! Set up was very simple, the unit quickly identified my network, and downloading the software was very simplistic.
The printer makes copies ultra fast with excellent detail. I scanned multiple items from identification cards to colorful animated image covers and then quality of the scans were excellent from both the loader and the flat scan . I scanned to usb without any issues. I highly recommend this printer to anyone who doesn’t need a color printer but needs something top notch and dependable.

Wonderful printer. Quick print out especially when you are in a hurry. You can load paper from either the base or on the tray. Easy to navigate with the panel, So far so good. Works for my HP spectre windows 10. Loving it, didn't miss my old inkjet. Best buy has the better price when I bought it online.

Lucky find. Just moved home back to Hawai‘i a few months ago, and left our Canon color printer in texas because Shipping was more than the value. Decided to go laser this time, since buying ink cost so much $40-$60 every 2-3 months! Went with HP, because that’s the printers we have at work. No fancy color printing or photos, just good old grayscale quantity with low cost high yield toner. Helps to have a scanner and copier for those occasional things. If your needs are simple like us, get while it’s on sale, and you won’t regret it!

Printer is good. It's easy to set up and prints well. Only issue I have which happened to all my printers in the past is that the document feeder will start creating a black line on my scans, but this is probably due to wear and tear over time.
