I returned another printer because I could not get it connected to my laptop despite going through specific directions with a Geek Squad tech. This computer was very easy to install with the help of the Geek Squad at my home. Although I have had a few printing issues trying to fit an over-sized image onto a Legal size piece of paper and without an Owners Manual, I played around with some of the "Custom" features and by trial & error was able to get it to fit perfectly. I am VERY happy with the speed and performance and look forward to many happy uneventful years using this HP LaserJet printer!

Fourth one I have purchased for my business, the price of the printer is great and we used them as desktop printers in the office, just be aware genuine HP ink refills usually cost $220.00.

Great prints, and very fast printing. This HP is replacing the work horse that no longer would run on my new operating system--it was still working after all these years and printing jobs. Very happy with its replacement.

This a very good printer for a small/home office as long as it is near an ethernet connection. I thought the description said it was wifi enabled but it is not.

I needed a printer for working from home! The black and white HP printer is perfect. Quick and easy set up! I can print wirelessly and from my phone with ease! I would recommend this to anyone who needs a reliable black and white printer!

Like the wireless feature. Setup was easy for this tech challenged individual. Much faster than the previous Brother printer. Happy with this printer.

We had to replace one of the department's old HP printer. It is very efficient on toner. They complained about the printer going to sleep. I was able to set the sleep mode on longer minutes, but auto-sleep cannot be off. However, after I changed the settings it looks like users didn't complain anymore.

I got this for my highschool kids, and its perfect for them. They use it everday, and it's easy to setup. Now they want two of these. Waiting for it to go on sale.

Printer was small and compact as described on the web, however I needed a printer with a scanner so I had to return.

I really needed a commercial grade printer after an older printer died. It was going to take time to get what I needed so I went with this little rascal as the promised volume would get me by for the short term. After the new commercial printer arrived, I started using this printer dedicated to printing checks. It's a good fit for any small office.
