Just connect it to your computer, download HP smart, then go to control panel, add the printer and share the printer in your network. Then connect it to the router and download HP Smart in your cellphone and other computers. But also you can make it wifi capable and get a wifi adapter and still you will save $50 dollars.

Kathy and I ( She is a much better computer person than I ) had a couple of issues with this system but looks better as time moves forward.

The toner cartridge is a little pricey, but having it all in one unit is amazing. Would absolutely purchase again.

I ended up getting the other one after returning this one.

More like a refurbished would look. I was able to clean most of it up but it still has a mark on the front left corner. It also did not have enough ink to even print the test page so I had to go spend another $500-$600 on new toners right out of the gate. Needless to say I am not happy. I have purchased a lot of HP over the years for personal and office and will not be doing it again.

I’m sorry that you received what sounds like a used printer without all its components. I can imagine how disappointing and disconcerting this must have been, so I want to provide information to help you make it right.
First, I can’t say for sure what happened in your situation, but what you describe can occur when a printer is sold, returned to the seller, then sold again to a different buyer without being adequately inspected before shipment.
Because you expected to receive a new printer with all the necessary components, I recommend you contact the seller to address this promptly. You can do that by scrolling to the bottom of the Best Buy website and clicking Orders & Returns.
