This was easy to set up and the instructions were clear. I generally cannot set up technology myself. The quality of the printing is very good and it is fast. It is compact and easily fits on my desk so that printing and making copies is a breeze. I have not yet set up the phone line for faxing.

Very good for home office. Fast and reliable. The HP software and remote printing option is pretty cool, but not always 100% reliable. If could be operator error as opposed to software itself.

What I all needed. Seamless install. High quality fast print. Had to return the inkjet mode from Brother, because I hate complicated software and hardware setup/install to start using. This printer is compact, responsive, no long wait in software pre-installs, and of course the laser print quality is superb.

I bought this hp printer from long time this is not easy to use if we’re uneducated for me also try looking at websites and I’m able to use but it is easy to use it is clear and clean printing

Easy install, just make sure you follow all instructions and the details. I returned an HP M480 because the software of HP was not compatible with my situation which is small office location in home. This one---although B&W and not COLOR, fulfills my needs and scans in color, which is fine. IF I need color I just go locally to printer, but that is rarely needed. So, this is a more economical unit, and once installed, all worked immediately without further problems. I did remove all previously found HP products with exception of the support item, and restarted, and used CCleaner to rid excess files, and remove all data and registry items from previous printer installs, then a restart to clean up the PC files. Then, install went along very smoothly with HP doing all the work.

Great printer, fast startup/print and easy setup! I am officially done with ink jet printers after using this reliable and fast printer. When you don't print often but need it to start up and print quickly when you do use it....this guy is the best.

Best Printer I have ever owned. Very fast and never jams. I have printed 2,278 pages over the last year on the original ink pack. Scanning multiple pages quickly is the key feature I most enjoy.

This printer is fast. I love the laser quality but do wish I had gone with the color one. Setup was easy and the wireless printing capability is plus. I have been able to print documents from my mobile phone with no issue.

This printer was a great upgrade . Its very quick and quiet printer and space saver in size. I also loved the white color it gave a nice bright look from the old black printer we has before.

This printer was easy to set up, it's fast and all of the scan/copy/print functions work fast and easy. I typically stick to HP just because they're so widely supported, glad I got another one. I would highly recommend.

Easy to setup and easy to use. Fast copy or print. Quality is very good. Wireless connection is also easy and problem free. Will print wireless from almost any device. Fax is also very good and easy. My previous "all in one" was a Brother which was not wireless. This is alot more money but it is worth every penny. I am much happier with this machine. It is much more user friendly. My 9 year old granddaughter did a wireless print job from her tablet without help from me.

EXCELLENT copy, scan, print! We bought this to replace a well used copy machine that all of us at home were used to... and *EVERYONE* loves this one better! It is as capable as the much more costly copy/printer/scanners we use at work but in the smaller more affordable "home" version. The only wish I have now is that I should have just purchased the color version of this at the time. It's an awesome device! Fast scanning, double sided scanning AND duplex printing. You cannot go wrong with this. It's just a great machine!

Purchased this printer to replace Brother all-in-one that was too old for firmware updates and could no longer scan. The setup of the HP was quite easy and it is a fast as advertised. One real benefit is how envelopes are handled for printing. With previous printer the envelopes got stuck at least 75% of the time. A very frustrating problem solved!

Well built, solid, fast, a real gem. Works first time, every time, no nonsense. Many great features, and it can do neat stuff you probably never even thought of. Should last for years. Don't be penny wise and pound foolish. Note: If you use brand x toner cartridges make sure the seller guarantees their electronic "chip" will work in this HP machine.

Great printer!! Fast, clear, great colors and great all around printer

This printer is wonderful. It's easy to set up, easy to use, fast, and reliable. I've had bad experiences with Brother and Canon printers, scanners, and customer service. I'm very happy with this purchase. I work for myself and print and scan hundreds of pages each day. This printer significantly reduces my stress, knowing my printer can handle whatever I throw at it and knowing I can get help fast if I have a question.

Purchased this printer for work where we have the same printer in an earlier version. Excellent combo printer, scanner, and fax device. I do like the newer updates including the insurance and or credit card feature that allows you to print the front and back of a card on 1 side. Overall it is a fantastic printer and have no complaints except I wish the place were the pages which have been copied exit was larger to ensure the original document pages always stay in order.

Worth every penny spent. B/W. Every function applicable for what I need to do. Easy to set up and use.
