After a lot of research, I determined that this unit was the best choice. I was concerned about the complexity but it turned out to be easy. I purchased the Protection Agreement since it covers in home service. I hope that I do not need to use it.

Bought this to replace an Epson inkjet model that had not held up over the years. I did a fair amount of research before purchasing and so far I'm pleased with the purchase.

The printer is good so far, I dont have any issue to connect to it or wake it up after long period of time. Quality of printing is good enough for my general usage. Scan to email is very good. Minus one star because of delivery. The front and back side of the box are tornd and opened. I almost considered return it if it is not super heavy and I dont want to drag it to my car.

We are happy with the printer. It's very fast. Its color isn't good for printing photographs, but for our work (pdfs of publications, Word documents, etc) the colors are good. Both scanning and copying work well. It's a very good value!

ADF scanning to computer and Email has different settings for 2-sided. Web menu for email can be a little better. Print quality is good. My 10 year BW Ricoh has a better ADF and scan settings. But the price is right for home

Just the thing I needed in time to complete my reports. The printer is not to bulky and not to small to handle the job. Perfect for a small office.

This is a great product, the printer scanner and fax all work very well. It was easy to set up and easy to use. The only drawback is it is not wireless so it does have to be hooked up to your modem which is kind of a problem in my house anyway

If you are looking to buy a printer the will take care of your needs at a decent price, this is a good choice.

This is a great printer. Easy to setup. But remember there is no wifi, so you will need to put it where you have a wired Ethernet connection. Once done follow the manual for setup and done.

I prefer color laser printers over inkjet because of the ink drying up and quality of the color is just as high as ink, doesn't smear and overall cost is lower for color toner. I've bought 5 of these for clients.

I am thrilled with this printer! It does everything the company says it will. Does it quickly and efficiently. I especially like being able to copy instruction pages that are two sided in one very quick pass through the scanner. I send the pages through with the automatic feed and there done!

Printer prints well, fast, good quality. I had issues with printer going into standby. It would not come out of standby to print.

The unit continually cycles on and off when you use the computer for anything. I turn it off to avoid the cycling but lose the ability to receive faxes. This is a minor inconvenience.

We love having this compact printer that prints, copies & faxes whatever we need.

I love everything about this printer! The print quality for documents and photos are terrific. Printing speed is very fast. This is my first laser printer and I doubt I will get anything else from this point on. The double-sided copying is one of the best features ever.

Works well with windows 10. Is simple to operate. The included SW could have more explanations. Finding how to guides was difficult. Installation did not go smoothly. Continued to fail loading Win10 drivers even when downloading from HP. Did a manual install and it works fine. For the price i expected more

I am impressed! This replaced an all-in-one machine I bought 12 years ago and it's my first color laser. It is nice having color capability, even though it's not photo quality. I also like the automatic duplex feature that will save paper when I need it. It will help a lot when printing large documents on both sides of the paper. One step above the manual duplex! It prints fast and much quieter than the older generation laser printers did.

good job HP, this printer is awesome. Best Buy, thank you for carrying this printer. I ordered it for home delivery, got it set up and I love it. I only do home stuff but it would be great in an office environment.

I bought the network printer because it met my needs. Easy to set up to also work with IPad, Samsung phone and Surface4 computer. HP was great in helping set up also.

I made the switch from Inkjet to Laserjet and I am very pleased with this model. The setup was easy and the speed at which pages print is fantastic. The only drawback is the printer is large and quite heavy.
