    It was a great printer, but very expensize and only lasted about 7 months before problems began. It just shorted out basically. Geeksquad had to replace it. Luckily we had the extended warranty plan from BB.

    Printer does not work half the time and returning it is not an option through Best Buy, I will have to go directly through HP and it’s an absolute nightmare trying to do it. Do not recommend.

    I had brother before and I decide to try HP. I like it so far. I wish it could be a little bit faster in printing and scanning.
