Very pleased for the performance, easy setup and the fact it only uses two cartridge as opposed to four, five or six as some is a plus. Its fast and has true automatic duplex printing. Some HP products advertise having duplex printing in the specs, but it's manual duplex, meaning flipping and re-inserting the paper.

Easy set up and great performance. We wanted a economical printer with AirPrint, and this printer was exactly that. We have had HP printers previously and loved them. So far this printer appears to be another great HP printer. The setup was fast and we have had no issues in the month that we have had it.

This printer is perfect for individuals that need to printer, scan or copy. It was easy to setup and I love that I am able to printer from any device. Such as phone, tablet and laptop. The printer itself looks great and is relatively quite when printing. I would definitely recommend it to anyone needing a new printer.

this printer is easy to use and has just the options to make things problem free. having a printer that is not tied down to a wire is the only way to go. it is quiet and copies very smoothly.

Bought this to replace an HP printer we had that no longer was working. It is wireless and it was seamless getting it set up (and I am NOT tech savvy). It works great and we have had no issues at all. The price was very reasonable. I would highly recommend.

Was looking for a smaller printer to replace my OfficeJet Pro 8600. Saw this printer and for the price I couldn't pass it up. Small, sleek and perfect for my needs. Not as fast black/color pages but speed no longer needed. The price of a 3 pak of cartridges for the old 8600 was more than the cost of the new printer. Thought the new printer isn't as well built as the 8600 it's serves the purpose. Easy to set up, remote printing from anywhere with your phone or tablet. If you'relooking for a small footprint printer, consider this one. Print, scan, fax and copy ready. Smaller paper tray. And it will print on a heavier card stock. I did not buy an extended protection plan. Personally...it's a disposable printer for the money I paid. I would recommend this printer.

Having had my 12 year old Epson printer crash on me, I turned to Best Buys printer selection for a replacement. I have had an HP computer from this source for three years now. So. It only made sense to try and find a compatible inkjet printer. It didn't take long to narrow down price range and features. Reviews of the 5255 were overall encouraging, even for first time owners. So, in spite of a few mentioned "glitches" like "errors" and "paper jams", I ordered this model. WOW! doesn't completely describe this printer. Quiet operation, beautiful and un smeared prints, crisp scans. Easy to set up. I'm still a bit sketchy on setting up the ink renewal system but I am sure about resolving that eventually. An excellent printer for the money!!

I bought this printer a week ago and I absolutely love it. It does everything you can think of: print, copy, scan and fax. Colors are good quality and gets the job done fast. Wireless connection allows me to print or scan no matter where I am in my house. HP Smart is in the App Store so I can print stuff from my phone!! The printer comes with starter ink cartridges but you will soon need to buy some more because they are small and run out quick. I signed up for the Easy Replenish program, so when my printer detects that my ink levels are low, it will order some more so no more trips to the store to buy ink. This truly is the best printer money can buy.

I bought this printer because its predecessor was beginning to fail, and I wanted a printer-copier with a small footprint for my home office. This little all-in-one fits the bill nicely. I can't speak to its fax capabilities as I don't use them, but it does a great job as a printer-copier. I like the fact that it has automatic duplex printing and an ADF, neither of which my previous printer had. Setup was easy and full-function software downloaded from HP's web site installed quickly and with no problems. A detailed user manual is also available from the HP support site. I'd like to see a larger-capacity and somewhat sturdier paper tray, but this is not a major issue for me given the amount of printing I do. Overall I'd give this printer a 4.5 rating; since there aren't any half-stars, I'll round up.

This is an HP Officejet5255. It was quick and easy to set up with my Dell desktop. I did NOT try to use it wirelessly with this computer (used a USB cable which is not provided with printer), but I did use it wirelessly with my iPhone. Also tested scanner and fax. All worked easily. Note that the ink cartridges that come with the printer are just starters. Minimal ink. You will have to buy full sized cartridges. Bought he printer on sale...a very good deal and BestBuy will price match

Printer works fine, no problems. Easy to set up and to use WiFi to print. Print quality is fine & fast. I chose this printer because the ink price was on the low side. Printed a couple of pics & they were a lot better than my older printer. Haven’t used the scanner yet. Only issue I have is the frame on the copier window isn’t flush w/top of glass. There’s a gap where paper can slide under the copy frame which is annoying when you butt the paper up to edge when copying. I’m asumming it’s just my printer and not the entire line/series. So check it before you set it up!

Printer was easy to set up, although you need to download an app. It works great, although I only print 10-20 pages per month. It’s fast for what I need and overall a lot quieter than my old one. Very satisfied.

Pinter is easy to set up and use. Quality of print great and printer is quieter than others I’ve had. Signed up for printer ink replacement plan but won’t know for a while if I like that marketing strategy,

So many to choose from however this one was recommended. I was worried with how cheap it was but it works great. Print scan and fax everything needed. This printer was super easy to set up and connect to all devices.

This is by far the best printer I ever had. I love that I can fax, scan and print. It's very easy to use. The size isn't too big or too small. It's just what I need to get the job done.

I’ve used this printer scanner hard for more than a year since I have been working from home. It syncs with laptop and iPhone easily. It has a document feeder which is nice if you copy multi page documents. You can print from your iPhone even if 100s of miles away from the printer. When you scan, you can text or email easily. This has been a real dependable printer. The color us true. The price was very reasonable for all the things it will do. Ink cartridges are expensive, but they are for all printers. They are usually in stock everywhere.

I love it. Its loud, print quality is great. Easy to set up and the replacement print cartridge program is da bomb. Great price. I wanted a more office functional printer but didnt have the money. This scans, prints and copies.

This printer was reasonably priced and has he ability to print, scan and fax. It was very easy to set up and use. I would recommend it to people that don’t have high volume printing, scanning or faxing to do.
