With printers not lasting all that long (cheaper to junk than fix) did not want to spend a lot and this model does what I need it to do and does it well so far. It also looks good, which is a plus. Only thing I'm not fond of is how HP attempts to get you to push all jobs through their app instead of just using wi-fi between the source and the printer.

I would recommend this to a friend I thought all printers handled legal size paper.

Unfortunately the online return system won't let me return because the return window has closed. Really angry with process and myself. I own a business and have just time to get this opened up due to our busy season. Why is the return window so short? Now I have a USED piece of junk that doesn't work.

Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.this printer model jams way too much also the print quality at 5 years sucks like when print something the blue ink seems to smear on the page a little where I had perform clean print head maintenance that didn't fix it this just like 8035e plus if you get ink at staples online get ready its $68 for 910std black and 910 Como tri color and all 910xl $141single ink and $173 for all 910 xl 5 pack I suggest doing instant ink if u buy this printer and save 50% or I suggest get different printer cause if you don't take ink out if go to recycle it it will leak out black ink and tray is small only 60 sheets you have to constantly refill the paper tray and its slow printer
