Customers consistently note the excellent print quality and ease of use of the Officejet Pro 8620. Many appreciate its wireless functionality and fast scanning capabilities, while some find the printer's size and paper tray design less convenient. The printer's noise level is also a point of concern for a few users. Overall, positive feedback on printing quality and ease of use outweighs the negative comments on size and noise.

I'm so glad I bought this. It was easy to set up. I'm not a tech pro. I had an issue trying to set it up,at first. I used the print doc app. It fixed itself! It works great. The scans are faster than earlier models. I'm very satisfied!

I've used HP Office-jet Printers for many years and this one is definitely an exceptional piece of equipment. Great performance in scanning, printing and faxing and easy to setup for wireless as well as webservices (for Iphones, etc.)!

It sets up easily and synch's with my computer. It scans lots of pages without a jam; faxes well but won't automatically answer a fax. You have to be present to accept the fax. But, it prints beautifully and I have nothing to complain about

I bought this printer for our home for Christmas, 2014. I didn't get it set up until around January 20, 2015 when our current HP printer started making bad noises. I love the front features on this printer. Very easy to copy and scan which is an important function for my family. The print quality is excellent. I print labels some times and it is not as easy to load while leaving the printed page catch out to receive paper. Overall this printer is a definite step up over my previous HP Deskjet. The only negative so far is the price of toner which happened to exceed the price I paid for the printer. I think toner price is an issue with all of these type printers.

Easy set up and use, specially when I add it into my net work. Since I am not good when it comes to computer, this is the first time I could make a printer work without asking my grandson help :), by the way, the printer is very cheap.

After a negative experience with a low cost Epson, I replaced it with this bulky but fantastic printer. It's fast, quiet and high quality. The set up was easy and intuitive as are all of the features (e.g. Scanning to a wireless PC or email).

This printer has a bigger foot print than my old HP Printer, be sure to have room for it will not fit in my old printer stand, the printer itself is fast, easy setup, I've had it for 3 months now and it works great, no problems so far.

Everything is as expected. Printing is good. Scanning is a breeze. Only issue is fax. With my old 3-in-1, no issues. But this one complains of repeater in between. Says connect directly to wall socket. Haven't faxed yet, but test fails.

This printer is really a great printer and will print either color or B/W.
This is a wireless printer and scanner. It does print both sides and will scan to email. Also you can email to this printer directly and will print attachments.

Definitely recommend. Spending a little more on 8620 (instead of the 8610) was worth it. The larger paper tray and form factor is a plus. Easy setup, ink install and wireless WPS connection. E-print feature works fast and flawless.

I am still getting use to a touch screen on just about everything that is coming out and even though I would like to have buttons back, I am making the adjustment. But this units screen is as small as I would go. They had one with a smaller screen that I would not even look at.
Print quality is very good as is the speed. At times faster than my older network can handle. But that is not the printers fault.
The scanner part of my old printer (like this an all in one unit) works with windows. The old one did not. Have yet to see how well it works with my Linux systems.
Copying, fast and good both color and B/W.
I do not print enough to justify getting a laser printer, but if I did print more might think of this unit in place of the laser.
A side note about those who like to print out note and then use some type of marker to high light your note. Yes HP still has a bit of an issue with this that has only slightly improved with this type of ink. Some improvement is better than none. Would still get one.

Fast printing, large paper capacity. Wireless so I can print from my smart phone, pc, and laptop from any room. The ability to provide so many different functions sold me. I have always used HP products and find them to be excellent.

Printer was extremely easy to setup, network and start using right away. Scanning is simple with step by step on screen instructions. Good quality printing including double sided documents. the hp online printing also allows easy printing from smart phone simply by emailing it to the printer.

Overall I love this printer and love the ability to email a file and have the printer receive and automatically print. The only downside to this is it's size, but again, it's an all in one printer with wi-fi capability and dual print trays. It's big, but it's powerful, quick and prints clean!

This is a very skilled and useful printer. it even has self online ink ordering if your smart enough to sign up for it. Very fast printing Of multiple sheets. and the ink does last a while. Photo printing is just as good. I did not think it would be with only 4 cartridges but I was stunned. Make a special note this printer Has individual ink packs. Not like many other printers that just have one so you do not waste ink. A key benefit to any printer. Its almost culture shock going from my old HP printer to this one. it has so many options. and the easy install is fantastic Software take a bit of time to upload but thats not a problem. HP made a great product here. Too bad there are not more stars Also if you have an enabled phone or tablet the swipe and print option is cool.

I replaced my 6 year old all in one (8500) with this one. As always I have found the HP all in ones to work well. The ink in pricey, but the number of pages you get with the XL cartridges is really good. The setup is simple and it is easy to put the printer on your wireless network. Fax setup options are a little complicated but only needed one re-do. I love the two sided printing. For the money, you simply can't do better. With the 8700 series coming out, the 9600 series is a real bargain.
