Customers are saying

Customers are enthusiastic about the 16.1" Gaming Laptop's performance and graphics capabilities, frequently praising its speed and visual quality, especially considering its price point. Many appreciate the build quality and keyboard, but some users note concerns regarding battery life and the tendency for the device to become warm during use. While the SSD and display also receive positive feedback, a few customers mentioned issues with fan noise and hinge sturdiness.

Purchased used. Appeared to be in new condition. There is a dead pixel on the screen- otherwise the screen is solid. Battery life is very short. Do not plan on gaming for more than an hour of you aren't plugged in. Suits my purpose and i travel a lot and i user it plugged in all the time. I use my own keyboard/ mouse - decent amount of ports to make it a makeshift rig

This was my favorite computer for a solid year, until I upgraded my Desktop PC. This is a solid product that has given me a lot of playtime. It runs a little hot but manages heat well. It is a beast for a laptop with a 3060 gpu. And, it had room to add an extra M.2 NVME SSD! I love that you're able to upgrade the storage, it was needed after using up all the space. Overall, this is a great laptop that is still worth the price.

Amazing laptop for a budget gamer. Great performance all around while not having crazy fan noise. The display is not the brightest and it has some wobble but since I am not having on my lap I don't have many issues with it. Keyboard is great to type on. Trackpad is also solid. Battery life is probably not the best, but I have it on performance mode full time so I was expecting it to be bad, usually get about 1-2 hrs of run time on battery.

Great laptop for gaming and other uses. A bit heavy to be carrying around on travel. The battery doesn't last long, I feel like I need to stay constantly plugged in. The mouse pad is not working properly, easy fix with a external mouse.

I’ve owned a couple gaming laptops, by far this one is perfect for my use. unlike the RTX 3050 ti this 3060 isn’t bottlenecked by 4gb of dedicated ram (3060 has 6) so gameplay is smooth and seemless not to mention this is the more powerful variant. The display is beautiful and bright enough at 300nits indoors and the i7 makes work smooth as butter I highly recommend this laptop to anyone wanting more power in they’re pc. The only con for me so far is the battery life do not expect it to last under heavy loads and gameplay if not connected to a power source.

Havent tried any heavy duty loads yet but running 4k games got decent fps and playing was smooth. Cons: gets too noisy, heats up quick, display has a grainy feel due to the anti reflective screen. Power button not seperate from fn keys up top. So someone will surely press it accidentally. That is one major design flaw from manufacturer as they had a sudden rush of …. to the brain while deciding where to put the power button. Hp gaming hub is not up to par. Boots up slow and filled with buy now ads keyboard lights bleeds from the edges and doesnt have the elegance of other gaming laptops like alienware and ROGs.

This is an awesome laptop, gaming is great. I added a 2tb nvme ssd gen 4 and it gave me all the space I needed. I use it for work mainly and the keyboard is great. All of the usb and usb c ports keep me satisfied.

A great solution for everyday tasks. 4* out of 5* only because of the superheat, I do not recommend keeping it on my knees or on the couch.

I am not a hard core gamer so this laptop does everything I need it to do. I have the I7 with the Geforce 3060. It will play World of Warcraft retail at 4k resolution with the graphics options maxed and maintain 70 to 90 fps. In 1080 it will keep it pegged at 100fps which is the hard cap for that game. The pros and cons are listed below. Pros: Good Processor Capable graphics decent keyboard and trackpad Nice looking Screen Cons: Screen hinge flops around when moved No number pad

So a lot of the bad reviews on this are actually a simple a mistake itll run slow and be lagging and sound popping crackling bad frames etc. The fix is the powercord you have to PUSH it all the way into the laptop where you dont see the pin at all and then it becomes a beast of a machine of course do all the updates and drivers and stuff but literally all these problems people are having is from not pushing in the powercord all the way in so your welcome and enjoy this awesome laptop fyi it runs any game no problem 144 fps consistently on apex doesnt get to hot either

This is my first gaming laptop and I am very impressed by the performance I'm getting out of this. I had to sell my desktop due to how big it was and I needed something for school but can also play games really well and this is almost perfect. The only problems is the 512GB of storage is a let down but it's not a deal breaker since you can upgrade it with other NVME SSD's. The battery life for me at least seems to drain rather quickly which makes me need to charge it often if I'm on the go however when I'm at home this is no issue at all for I keep it charged when I'm gaming. In terms of gaming I can't be more impressed, in some ways it does better than my 2070s though only in a few games but that alone really surprised me. VR is really good as well if you intend on using it for VR you will not be disappointed. The Screen is really mid like as soon as I turned it on I could see bleeding and just how cheap it really is but for me I didn't really care since I use my monitor anyway. Overall for the price you're getting a really good value I would recommend if you want a really good gaming machine!

I have had this for awhile now and it's still great for what I bought it for. I originally purchased for my everyday PC and some light gaming(red dead redemption and Madden). The games played great with no lagging and fast to load. No issues. I am now starting to dabble into cad design, 3d printing, etc. and I probably need to upgrade again.
