I’m an average gamer. I’m 26 with a wife and a couple kids. I mainly play big AAA games. GTA, Forza 5, Cod, apex, destiny 2, hit man 3, marvel’s guardians/ galaxy, etc… I play all these games on the highest graphics mode possible, NO ISSUES. I am the kind of guy that sees one or two bad reviews and I get very scared to buy the product. I have the total tech plan so I figured I would have time to return it if I didn’t like it. I’ve been playing it for about a week and so far it’s been AMAZING! It does everything that I have it do with no problems. My wife uses the computer three days of the week for work. She said it’s really fast and it gives her no issues either. Her job does not require very much power though. But still, it’s nice to know that it’s been able to handle all the small and big tasks we have thrown at it. It seems like some people just get a bad build. I understand that every prebuilt PC has the risk of being built poorly. I say get the protection plan, I definitely recommend buying this gaming desktop. If you get un-lucky and get a bad build.. you can just exchange it for a new one. ( I actually had to do this. ) I previously had the HBO men 30 L, ryzen 7, 16gm ram, 3060ti graphics, etc.. and it had some software issues with the keyboard connection. In the middle of my wife, working or me playing video games the keyboard would start going crazy and all the keys would short out and do crazy things. Geek squad couldn’t figure it out, so they let me exchange my desktop. They didn’t have the same exact one in store or online available at Best Buy. They did have the one that I am writing the review on now. I was told the Intel I-7 processor was around 35% better for gaming. He showed me some charts on his Best Buy device to assure me that it was a fact, haha. So I Decided to make the upgrade to this gaming desktop. Like I said, I don’t regret my decision at all. This is the best computer I have owned. And I noticed while checking the diagnostics during playing a big game. This computer maintains a cooler temperature than my old computer. As far as performance and graphics, I believe the graphics are the same, and I do not notice a performance difference, as I am not a professional gamer. What I do know is that this computer does everything that I wanted to do and I haven’t been disappointed at all. I really hope this helps. You guys make a choice on your computer. I am an average guy that was just looking for a powerful device. They could play everything I want realistically without any issues. I also have the valve index VR full kit and they also runs wonderfully on this computer. This computer is never once slow down a game or effected performance or graphics. It’s truly an impressive computer. Get a protection plan just in case you get a bad build, that way you can feel safe and enjoy this computer just like me!!!

Awesome machine. I mostly play simulator and physics games from Steam and have no issues what so ever. Excellent build quality, fans may ramp up on higher loads but not crazy loud. Added an additional 16GB of HyperX memory and enabled XMP, Omen software does a great job of boosting the memory for game play. Upgrading the 1TB NVMe was fairly easy though you do need to remove the graphics card to get to the slot. There is an additional NVMe slot and you do need a heat sink for that slot. Definitely would recommend this PC as you can use it as is and upgrade as well. Only comment I would make is to perhaps mark the UCB-A and USB-C ports with their speeds as not all ports are the same.

Bought it on sale, great value at $300 off retail. I have run a few games so far, at highest resolution. Games ran smooth. I recommend!

Was skeptical about getting a prebuilt and was originally going to go with alienware aurora. Decided on this because it has the space to add/upgrade, came with a gpu support bracket and just looks nice. Upgraded the ram to 64 gb at 3600mhz. Tweaked the clocks About a 5-10% over clock with cpu and gpu and found the sweet spot and maaan. Im thouroughly impressed and this beast is cruisin. Handles cyberpunk, arma, sea of thieves, eso, gta, ready or not with ease. Super happy. Hope it last. And it looks super clean. 10/10 recommend.

I got the item on sale (about $200 off) and it has done great so far. I have been able to run games like Valorant,marauders, Total war Warhammer 2 and for honor with no issues. I do recommend going into the network boost options in the omen hub and boosting your games

Best gaming computer i ever had as it is, it is custumable, it have a grate rpg display and excellent cooling system and you can control the speed on the fan as you like and the lighting set up

Excellent design, easy to access inside parts. Software comes with lighting and optimization controls that are very easy to use.

Very good prebuilt gaming pc it met all my expectations but I’d only recommend this for you if it’s on sale just like how I got it. Other than that pretty excellent prebuilt.

easy to use and setup. the specs aren’t bad either. runs all my games smoothly.

as of today, it works like charm. my only concern is if i can upgrade EVERYTHING on this device such as the motherboard and components. but i do love this build alot.

This prebuilt was on sale for a very reasonable price and I couldn't be more pleased. Literally night and day difference from my old computer. Plays all the current games on max with ease, and looks beautiful with all the custom light patterns / colors too! Only thing I would recommend is if you like to have a lot of games downloaded at the same time, the 1TB SSD does fill up a little quicker than I thought, but I've still got about 200GB left after downloading everything I play frequently. In the end, I gotta say this thing rocks. 10/10, will be buying OMEN products again.

After three months, I've come to love my pc! I had some problems buying it at first (screw you Shipt) but eventually was able to buy it in-store. It runs extremely well and isn't very loud at all, even when running big games. I play a variety of games ranging from fps to indie titles and I'm able to run them all at high-ultra quality without my CPU or GPU running too hot. The only time my GPU ever really runs at 100% is when I play Minecraft because I have a couple shader and resource packs and have my render distance pretty high. The only issue I've run into is in the past week and a half where what sounds like one of my fans is a little loose in the case. I haven't gotten the chance to open it up and take a look but I have geek squad so I may just let them take care of it. As far as the price goes, I do think it's a little high for the given hardware but I got it on sale and am paying it off with my BestBuy credit card so my pockets aren't hurting too bad. Overall, this is a pretty solid PC and will definitely run a range of games at pretty great quality.

This is a very potent computer in terms of processing and graphics. The multi-display support was critical to our near paperless office. The SSD allows it to boot and run fast. The only thing we did was double the RAM which was in stock and easy to install at a reasonable cost.

So i got an omen pc around 2020 and that was great but this one was on a whole differnt level when it came to performance. The fact its got 4 ram slots and two slots for upgrading storage made a insane difference when it came to upgrades I immediately went to upgrade the ram and now have over 90gb of it. I can play starfield on this thing and havent crashed once nor have had any lag. But thats just starfield any other games ive played ive had zero issues with either and i have a pretty full steam library as well as gamepass so its pretty extensive with a three monitor setup i tend to have games music discord and sometimes obs all running at once with zero issues. Im getting the oculus 3 and I feel 100% peace of mind that i know any games i run on the pc with it will be smooth as butter. At a 2000$ price its is worth every penny in case anyone is concerned that it wont be worth it let me say that it for sure will be.

I exclusively play Destiny 2 and was hoping to be able to run 1440p at 144 fps, and this can actually run 4K at 120 fps in the crucible and close to that elsewhere which is far more power than I had hoped for. Im very satisfied with the purchase but for people who play D2 and are looking for even more performance, do note that currently the game looks go be GPU throttled with the 12700 and 3060ti so a more powerful GPU would be required to push performance even further. So far temps look well within reason and the machine itself is stunning. As long as the machine doesnt break, ill be extremely happy with this purchase. Really my only complaint was UPS tried to deliver it to completely the wrong address but luckily UPS was able to rectify it quickly

I had an old computer that couldn't be upgraded to run Windows 11 but I needed a computer that could handle MSFS easily, but I also couldn't pay high end prices. This was the perfect choice and it was on sale when I bought it allowing me to get the i7 processor I wanted. Amazing how much faster Flight Simulator is loading and running!
