    My Customer Service representative very knowledgeable. Young man took his time and explain every part of the system to me. All I know is that I was purchasing a gift for my son, but by the time he was finished explaining and giving me the best customer service I have ever received I was sold and I thank him so much and I am so sorry I cannot remember his name, but he is a young guy in the Best Buy in Coral Springs Turtle Run.
