Great laptop! Touch screen big plus! Fast processor. Love the numeric keypad on the right side. Only downside there is no ethernet port. Not a big issue but I had to buy an ethernet port adapter. Video quality is very sharp. Colors are bright. The wait was a little long at the store to see a representative. But once I had my turn, he was very knowledgeable, patient, and did not rush us. We compared a few laptops and then found this particular one which is perfect for what I need it for. Great customer service on the floor once we had a turn.

Nice HP for our daughter for work. She's a CPA. For us, we went from having HP Spectres for a few years to switching to buying the Microsoft Book 3,which is made much better mechanically in quality. HP Spectre's had issues with the plugs,the keys,the screens,& touchpads.

Computer is good i think. Very disappointed in Geek squad. Did not transfer all my files as asked so will have to go back so don't rely know how computer does since can't work ony files.

Great Service from the sales floor to the Geek Squad! The Sales Floor was helpful in helping me select a PC, and did not talk above my knowledge level. The Geek Squad even took out the memory chip in my old computer, when I asked them for the chip.

I am loving my laptop this far. I was concerned by it not being full HD but I can barely tell a difference. It is perfect for my needs.

It does everything I need it to dow from recreation to work. I miss the full flip of my last laptop but. No biggie. There is one that ing that makes me want to throw this laptop into my pool. If it's not plugged in it gets dimmer even though I've already changed the settings. I've tried to become a coder and or computer hardware engineer to fix it. It's so slight yet uncomfortable for my eyes. I feel like I'm being gaslit. If you like to use your laptop 85% brightness or less you will probably be fine. But other than that. You've basically got a desktop because it always will need to be on the charger o be at full brightness no matter your settings.
