I would not recommend his laptop. I had nothing but problems with it. First it just seemed very very slow for a new laptop then progressively things got worse. After a few months when I would turn it on, often I would often get a blue screen telling me there’s a problem and would need to restart. This progressively got worse. Finally I turned it on one evening and the screen looks like the pictures below. First it was entirely pixelated with color and then vertical lines progressively got worse. So after five months of purchasing it it was completely useless and I was unable to use it. I did take it back to Best Buy and when they saw the Problems I was able to trade in for a new laptop. But I would never buy another HP laptop.

I ordered this computer (15-CS2049NR) for my daughter. When it arrived the cover was ceramic white. Best Buy Tyler tried to tell me I just didn't notice the color. When they researched it more it was discovered Best Buy has the wrong picture on their website. Go to www.hp.com and enter this model number 15-CS2079NR.

It has excellent storage and for the price I paid for it is amazing amd awesome

Needed a laptop big enough to enjoy movies on as well as not too big or bulky to travel with. Love the white finish, elegant and different from most laptops. Plenty of memory for my needs as well as easy to use. Look forward to learning all the new things I can do with it. One complaint: wanted a screensaver with either ancient libraries or classic books featured. Had to settle for what was available.

We actually got 3 units. The specs for the price was definitely a great value proposition. My nephews are having a great remote education experience thanks to this laptop and I upgraded my older HP unit and am very happy with this new unit performance!

Have no problems with this laptop. Has everything I need and is lightweight. Very fast as well. Great for school, work, and entertainment needs.

Beautiful hd graphics, my first touchscreen, takes time to get familiar with this. Overall think I will really enjoy it in time.

Nice looking, light weight, and IT friendly, love the fact that's is touch screen as well as mouse controllable.

Purchased this for telecommuting due to Covid situation and it is great! The touch screen feature enables me to work more rapidly. I resolution of tje screen is wonderful for the documents I have to view. And it's very, very user friendly!

I've bought HP for years and this system is as good as any I've had. I prefer the larger screen, so it's a little heavy for regular travel, but fine for home office use. No problems with heat other as I've had in the past with other models.

This is my first laptop in years. Light weight, easy set up and great purchase price. Promotion anti-virus software would’ve been nicer to be at least 1 year instead of 6 months, though. Otherwise, very pleased with this purchase.

I haven’t purchased a new laptop in a long time and due to a job change I was required to get a new laptop for myself absolutely love this laptop it’s easy to use the screen is beautiful the touch option is a plus love it love it

We are loving this computer for our non profit origination. Dealing with online website and uploading all the graphics to using a screen projector for other items.

For the most part the laptop is pretty good, but there are a couple of things that disappointed me: when the parts are running at full power the laptop sounds like a very loud jet engine starting up, and I also wish the keyboard was backlit but that's just personal preference.

I had to return the first computer. It was terrible. I’m starting to think I was given a refurbished one. The second computer I received is great. All of the following comments are regarding the 2nd computer.

The laptop is easy to use but the wifi signal keeps disconnecting. I thought it was my internet that wasn't working but it was the laptop. I returned the first laptop I bought and got another one. It still happens but it is not as bad as the first laptop I had.
