I purchased a display tv, which I am very pleased with. It was missing a few items that I can live without. It had a great price for the value. Picture and tv features are great.

I use this monitor as an extended desktop with my 13" macbook air with a MiniDisplay port to HDMI converter. The metal finish compliments the macbook very well and it looks great. The monitor takes 10 seconds to assemble, no tools required. It is very light and the Anti-glare/Matte finish is gorgeous. Even though I got this monitor on sale, I would definitely buy it again. I thought the stand would look weird but you can hardly see it. The tilt can be finicky because you have to use two hands to adjust the angle.

Great LED picture viewing, easy to setup...loved it until I realized it had no speakers! What a disappointment! I almost took the monitor back but decided that the picture was still perfect. I purchased a sound bar, connected my Apple TV using my HDMI cable and it's a pretty picture. It's still nice as a computer monitor for my HP laptop. Doesn't work well as a monitor with my MacBook Pro. :-( I would recommend this monitor only if you don't mind purchasing and installing external speakers.

For the price and quality, I have no complaints at all. I bought this fella here for $120 on sale, and to be honest, it's one of the nicest monitors I've ever owned. The anti glare screen makes it ideal for playing games during the day, and it's crystal clear in terms of quality and durability. The HDMI ports are also important for getting the best picture possible. I hook this guy up to my Alienware gaming desktop and it's PERFECT for playing games any time of the day with a really nice FPS rate! If you're looking for a QUALITY monitor for the price, I highly recommend this. HP is a solid brand to begin with, but this really can't be beat- especially for the price difference between this and a cheap low-quality brand monitor. CONS: The ONLY negative thing I have to say about this monitor is that I was hoping for SOME type of built-in sound. You WILL need a headset or speakers if you want any kind of sound from it.

I purchased this monitor to replace a 7 year old LG killed in a PG&E power outage. That was a 22 incher. This one is lighter, bigger, and the difference in resolution is amazing. Plus it was easy peasy to install, with Win 8.1 I didn't even use the supplied driver disk. Great monitor for a great price, highly recommended. CSJ

This monitor has very slick design, Matt finish and almost no bezel. I have connected it to my laptop via HDMI, Base could be used to store small items, price is great for quality, picture and color are good, i use it for daily work use 8+ hours a day so IPS display was a must for me. accurate color and matt screen is big plus for this monitor. it also tilts but i never use that function.

Grabbed two of these monitors at the sale price of $129.99, a definite steal. Upgraded from two Samsung S20B300B PROS 1080p, 1920*1080, 23" IPS LED Dual HDMI ports Viewing Angles Bezel-less!! Low-profile, stylish base Stylish and clean overall appearance CONS It's ok. Color/HP color options not all that great. If you currently have a monitor you consider to have brilliant colors, you will most likely notice a slight dullness to these monitors. Enhance+ technology Mode is more of a hindrance than a help imho, unless you just have some ultra blurry images/games. Do you like big screens? You would probably be better off investing in a bigger and more vibrant IPS. 23" gets small real fast. Would I buy again? If they were on sale again. At the price of $180? Eh. Most likely I would have skipped this one. Is color vibrance, ms response, or the pricetag a dealbreaker to you? But @ $129.99, you better bet I would have punched someone in the throat for these. Extremely good looking monitor with almost non-existent bezel. Virtually no glare (matte finish). Great, even image and color throughout the panel. As with most IPS panels, dark scenes in videos and such will reveal less than optimal blacks. However, this is more than made up for by the accurate colors and the price tag. I purchased 2 of these and they are both working great.

Needed a 1080P VGA monitor for High Def Camera system; worked great; pictures looked very good; can see pictures from all angles; price was very good.

Great resolution and picture quality. It is easy to set up and takes very little time.

It was easy to install and the colors are great. No glare screen is wonderful.

I purchased this monitor to setup a home office. I have a laptop and needed a larger screen for the work I do. The monitor was easy to setup and looks good. The colors, brightness and contrast are easy to configure. I do not play games on it or watch streaming video so I can't comment on its ability for those uses but for my needs it fit the bill.

My desktop monitor for my docked laptop died and this was a replacement. At the sale price this was a good size with vibrant colors and easy to connect. Might work even better but I have an older VGA connection so I may not get the best features. For an auxiliary monitor the is a good choice over other lesser brands in my opinion.

Monitor was easy to set up and connect to my HP CPU. The screen content is easy to read. It is easy to split the screen to see two files side by side and both are large enough to be easily read. And yes, I would recommend this product to a friend.

Our HP monitor started to mess up so I purchased this. It was on sale/ reduced. I couldn't be happier with the performance and at that cost it was a no brainier. My old monitor had integrated speakers so we will have to replace that. No big deal since the sound wasn't the best anyways.

The HP Pavillion 23cw is a great monitor. I compared in store monitors that had a high gloss screen similar to a laptop to that of this HP. I found that they produced too much glare. This HP offers the best of both worlds- high resolution at 1080p plus a great color.

This is the third HP monitor I've purchased and own currently. Working from home, I need them. This is the nicest one yet. Aside from spending 10+ hours a day on it, I have also used it for camping. It handles my PS4 nicely. The picture quality is superb and you can't beat the price. Two HDMI inputs is something you don't see on many monitors under $200, this one has them, as well as VGA input. It's got a sleek appearance and classy look. There is a black frame around the display that takes up about 1/3" around the sides and top. I wasn't clear about that when I did my research, but it doesn't bother me one bit. Get a great deal on it now, before Thanksgiving, you won't be disappointed. Highly recommended.

The colors are vivid and beautiful. I was very impressed. I bought 3 of these at a very good price for a friend's business. In comparison, we bought the same size Monitor from HP directly for work that cost more and the color quality is not nearly as decent.
