The size and build quality is perfect. I'm a grad student and needed a quality PC at a not so high price that features solid state and found one with this HP. Full numeric keypad, lightweight, and touchscreen. Doesn't have a back-lit keyboard which is fine with me. I've had this machine for 6 months now and am very pleased.

This HP laptop does everything we purchased it for. Primarily to connect to our 5.0 band router on WiFi. My wife’s twin liked it so much she bought one exactly like it.

nothing else to say. put I don't like being told that I have to put in at least 50 words or more.

She is doing online high school and this is perfect.

My old HP had served me well for many years and was ready to be replaced. The Pavilion X360 provided the speed I wanted (with an intel i5 processor) and the solid state memory I really wanted. This unit had all of the ports I needed where competitive products were missing one or more. This one has 2 USB-3 ports, a USB-C port, HDMI, and SD card reader. A larger SSD would have pushed this to a 5-star review. Love it!

We got this laptop for my wife as a work computer. She has loved it. Great performance, plenty fast for all of her basic office tasks. Smooth for video. Speakers are ok, not great. We have been very pleased with this purchase.

I know the very basics of technology but love my computer my bf bought me for valentines day. awesome big screen for Netflix, pics, documents, etc. of course bad thing is having to buy office separately but used it know. but don't know why you need internet for word and excel to work, don't get it but I have internet so ok I guess

Enjoying this computer at home. We were looking for something that would be self explanatory and so far we have had no problems with this one.

This particular unit is just another disappointing offering from Hewlett-Packard. If you've read any of my other HP reviews, here on the Best Buy forums, you know that I've purchased and subsequently had to return multiple defective Hewlett-Packard laptops. This poor quality / shoddy workmanship, at HP, is a relatively new development. Prior to my most recent round of purchases / returns, I wouldn't have believed that HP would put out so many defective units. I truly believe this is a company-wide failing, and not just happenstance. The fact that I've come across multiple defective HP laptops, of varying models and configurations, in such a short time, led me to this conclusion. Being a past fan of the Hewlett-Packard brand, I sincerely hope that they can turn things around. In the interim, I would suggest looking at other brands to meet any computing needs.

Overall I like the laptop. The Best Buy website stated that the laptop had a backlit keyboard but once I got it home, I noticed this was not an included feature. Not happy about that! But I love HP so I can overlook this one feature.

First laptop I've bought in years and truly happy with it.

However it does not have a backlit keyboard!! Had to return and exchange for one that does. SSD hard drive is the best!!

Good performance with the I5 processor and the SSD drive.

I have been unhappy with this purchase. I have had it 7 months and I have had curser problems from day one. Last month a cooling fan went out. It couldn’t be fixed locally and was out for repair 22 days!

I absolutely loved this laptop. Had all the options I needed and wanted. I bought this in 2017 and only now is it starting to act up, after 7 years. Definitely got my money's worth. Best laptop I've ever had!
