Great unit, very easy to use. Only complaint I had was the difficulty in figuring out how to print in black and white rather than color. My husband finally figured it out. Now that I know, it is still tedious to change back and forth. Our last printer, had an option where you could just selected it each use. This one you basically have to set it in either mode and it stays that way. Other than that, no problem.

I was desperate when my 7 year old HP Photosmart printer "died" and as I use it ALOT for both document printing and photographs, I was very excited when I walked into Best Buy and right up to this printer! It is smaller, does more and is very easy to use. The print quality is fabulous for a home printer. I love it!!

I've only ever had HP printers, and they have all been great. This is no exception. The only downfall is speed, it takes a while to boot up, but once it's running, the scan/print/copy quality is very good. Also, the fact that it's wireless and hooked up easily is a big plus.

Bought this printer to replace two others. One printed good photos but wasn't set up for wireless... the other was wireless but seldom worked. My old photo printer was also an HP so I knew the quality of the prints would be good. Love the fact that I now only need to have one printer hooked up to two computers. Very easy set up instructions and the price was great.

This is a great buy and if you can get it on sale, even better!! Wireless functions work great on all my devices, computers, iPhones and iPads! The ink runs out fast but overall a great buy!

It is a nice printer with ease of use. It does not have all the accessibility that my other printer had. When I scan things I have to name files individually then hunt for them to put them where I want them to go. Would like it better if I could send all files to a "My scans" folder and then sort and file from there. It does have quality prints though so I am overall satisfied with the performance of this product.

I use this printer primarily for photo printing. I like that I'm able to print from my mobile device via the cloud. I've found the printer easy to set up and use. Rich colors for photos. Other than the tray being a little clumsy to use, I really like this printer.

I have had my printer for about 6 weeks and love it. I can print from my smartphone and my roommates can print from their devices with ease. Compact in size but not features, color photos come out great! Nice printer for the price, exactly what I was looking for.

I have had several HP Printers over the years and have been pleased with all of them. This is the best with wireless printing that I have had. This will get more stars when I can figure out why when the printer goes to sleep it won't wake up to print or scan. I get an error that the printer is off. I have to turn it off then back on and it will immediately print anything in the que

I got this particular printer to print photos from phone. And use to print documents when on desk top. It is good print quality to me, fast and especially like the double sided printing saves on paper. The set up was quite simple even for a first time owner. I also like the part you got a tray for paper and a try for 4+6 photo sheets. The menu screen is large and simple to navigate price was got I got it for 120.00 which is a fair price for the unit

First I would like to say that the salesman at Best Buy was very helpful and knowledgeable. This printer has great picture quality. I love that you can do two sided copies without turning and re-feeding the paper for the second copy. It could be a little quieter.

It took a couple of times to get the setup to work. Photo printing is good quality - (depends on paper as well) - dpi (dots per inch) adjustments are very good for the price. Small foot print made it ideal for the space where my wife wanted the printer to go.

We got this onsale so it was worth the $$, sleek design and user friendly touch screen is good. Print speed and quality is excellent! The ONLY problem we had was with the wireless setup. Could not find printer and the troubleshooting guide and online support guide was pretty much useless. The instructions SHOULD have recommended resetting your router as this fixed the problem! We seem to have to reset the router sometimes to find the printer.

So much better than the slow-jamming fossil I had before! I really like the printer. It was a *Best Buy* on Consumer Reports, so I am so glad Best Buy had it in stock. It was easy to set up, and it has an easy-to-read display. Makes great copies, but haven't tried it on pictures yet. The color is true on the copies, so I expect no less from picture scanning. A good printer, worth the money.

This my second All in One HP printer so I'm a little bias, I love this printer. it gives me everything I need for casual and professional printing. Photos print beautifully..

I love how I can print from my phone or iPad or computer anywhere in my house the pictures are really good quality and the printer is very easy to use for $89 it was a great deal

When I purchased the printer, the sales person said it was very easy to set up and install. My son in law, who is very handy at this type of thing, did the set up and install for me and it took much longer than the 10 to 15 minutes indicated by the sales person. He did, however set it up for wireless printing with more ease than would have been possible with my old printer.
