Exactly what I was looking for. Needed to upgrade to Windows 10, already had subscriptions to O365, Antivirus etc. So I didnt need preloaded software on a new computer. So far its working fine. One thing that annoyed me. I had trouble downloading O365 from Microsoft using the Edge browser that came with the preloaded Windows 10 operating system. I installed Google Chrome and was able to download my O365 that way.

I have to hold back on the 5, haven't had it very long and it takes a lot of above and beyond for 5. We use it with a wifi adapter (netgear) and haven't had any issues. The way Windows 10 had to be installed was a bit odd and would have been nice to be forewarned about but we figured it out. It came with a keyboard and mouse which was a bonus since it didn't originally mention it would, which is unheard of. We actually purchased 4 for kids home schooling and they seem to work just fine. Ideally would have had wifi included but luckily an easy fix.

It was delivered in a timely manner. Well packed. In good shape. A good value. One disappointment: No documentation included. No instructions for getting started. Windows 10 is new to me. Yet I hope to discover a tutorial to make use of its features.

Good bang for the buck! My Dad wanted Windows 10, and this was the best way to get it? I liked his so much I bought myself one too for my office! It does not have HDMI, but rather Display Port? Which there is a $9 adapter to switch to HDMI with. A year in both are still working. Although my Dad’s is hard to start…

On the very first power up, the power supply fan made a good deal of noise, and it never settled down. That alone would have been enough to return this unit for a replacement, but then I found out the version of Windows 10 installed is not licensed. The Windows license doubles the price of the machine, making it more expensive than a new unit. Should have read the reviews - the product description gives no clue that it comes without a licensed o/s.

Runs loud and boots up VERY SLOW. Initially came without a DVD-RW drive which I recognized and contacted the company who sent me the correct drive quickly so that was nice but when I contacted them about the conputer booting slow, was told to update the software (which is already updated) or increase the RAM. I only pay bills on this machine and sometimes it boots up with just a black screen forcing me to restart it before it works properly. When booting up "properly," it takes between 10 and 15 minutes before I can use any apps such as Word or Microsoft Edge to browse the internet (or pay my bills.) It's virtually useless for the first 10-15 minutes. After I'm able to get apps up and running, it does operate as described, it just takes A LONG time to get there. Unfortunately, I realized this problem wasn't going to go away after the return window had already closed...

After hook up and running some, the hard drive started making the rasping, scraping noise that signals damage. Rather than return the unit, I purchased a new drive upgrade and installed. Since that, no further problems to date. The fans seem a bit weak, something I may need to check out.

Purchased this for my elderly mom to use for email. First shipment arrived badly dented. Replacement arrived with incompatible cord. When set up, got a Windows error message that the installed copy of Windows 10 Pro is an unlicensed one - so it will obviously not be supported by Windows. The Geek Squad tech's advice? Buy a new copy of Windows 10 & install it myself. So much for the bargain computer. This one is going to be returned, too - and I'm very disappointed in Best Buy for selling refurbished computers without legitimate a OS, and not making it right.

I was impressed with the speed of the processor. I noticed a clear difference while using the internet that I haven't seen in any previous desktop I'd owned. However, I didn't realize when I selected it that the DVD/CD=ROM drive was "Read-only" and could not burn discs. That's the reason I returned it. I'm not thinking that I should've let that go and just relied on the external ("Buffalo") drive that I have.

I had a very basic computer need. Its not state of the art, but it works lime a charm for my daily stuff like surfing, email, turbo tax, general documents. Honestly, for the money it is GREAT. Plus these are refurbished, so I like the ideal of reducing waste and putting computing power in the hands of people that may have a lower budget. This will serve a large percentage of general users needs in my opinion.

Product is fine. Set up was easy. Pandemic delivery/curbside pick was less than fair.

Refurbished is affordable and works great. Doesn't beat paying full price if you can get it cheaper rebuilt.

This is a fairly good computer. We just needed a desk top computer so I could print from it. Kinda weird, have to press the power button several times before it finally comes on. Works for what we need it for, since most of our computing is done on the apple iPad or the chrome book

I bought this PC because my 17 year old PC passed on. I spent years loading my Favorite songs from my cassettes and CD 's into a music library for my Garage Gym. This pc is lightning fast and and works just awesome overall . LOVE IT !! Thank you for an awesome price !

I am very pleased with this purchase. The PC looks like new and performs quite well. I am learning Linux and it is so helpful to have this desktop PC to be able use windows to create USB drives to use on my laptop.

Had to get an adapter for the monitor, but it works great now!!!!

For someone that does need a real high powered computer, this is great. It includes an 18 month warranty.
