I love my printer. Not only is it cute and functional, but it’s a great price! The installation was a breeze and very easy to follow. The love the wireless printing feature as well as the ability to send my print jobs to the printer email address and can print from anywhere.
Also, HP has ink auto refill. So when your ink levels are getting low, HP automatically sends you ink cartridges via mail. This feature is extremely convenient.

I needed to replace a big heavy old clunker of a printer and this is much more attractive, convenient, fast and affordable. I bought it 'refurbished' so I was a little nervous about it's appearance and usage but I shouldn't have been worried. It looks and works like brand new and I'm very happy with it.

The box was faded but the contents were intact. Installation was easy. And the best part is that it auto populated my Network password during installation. Other wireless network printers I’ve had make toy type it in or push the pairing button on the router. Easiest install I’ve done in a few years.

I was pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set this printer up. Usually someone says it easy and then you get it home and you are hours getting to work, not so with this printer.

Wireless HELL

Works fine via USB cable, yet this printer is HELL, if you intend to connect to it wirelessly. EVERY TIME I try to connect wirelessly, I end printing 6 pages to print 1, and half the time I just give up:
- First the 2-page "Wireless Quick [Yeah right!] Start Guide," about how to connect to it.
- Then, the Printer Information Page.
- Then Wi-Fi connection fails, because my computer lacks the driver, and then HP 'Smart' [Yeah right!], which is HP's custom handle-all-app-program can't find the driver either, and gives no further instructions, nor information other than it just can't.
- So I print the Wi-fi Direct Guide.
- Then I try Wi-Fi direct (not thru a wifi-router hub, but just straight to the printer), but but that too fails, because I don't know the supposed 8-digit password, that was supposedly 12345678, but isn't, and supposedly written on the printer, but isn't, and is supposedly also printed in the Printer Information Page, which I print again, but isn't, since all that's written there every time, is 12345678) . . . .
After all this, I put my file on a USB drive, and walk way over to the printer, plug the USB into the computer that the printer cable is connected to, and it works like a charm.
