Massive upgrade from his previous pc, wasn't a bad price considering an i5, 16gb ram, and a 512GB ssd. Amazing stats for a decent price compared to similarly priced desktops. This is surprisingly small and a great performer.

Good deal for anything but games.

Ultra compact, fast, but not ready for Windows 11

Start-up, browsing and loading of programs like Office are much faster than with her previous computer. There is no HDMI port, but a HDMI to Display Port cable fixed that. My only disappointment is that it is not ready for Windows 11 (an earlier generation of Intel processor and a couple of other issues). Hopefully that issue will go away.

It's definitely a first rate computer in all aspects. A truly excellent choice in a compact desktop.

USB ports for included keyboard and mouse as well as external harddrives for data storage. only complaint i had to buy Display port to HDMI cable adapter. glad it has ethernet port and wifi.

So far, it's all I expected it to be.

Have had a few issues with microphone and speaker set up. Will probably have to contact Geek Squad if I can't figure out on my own using YouTube. Love the speed. Plenty fast for browsing.

Dissapointing

The first time it worked great for about 4 days before glitching and then failing to boot up - just after I had spent a full day setting it up for my daughter. The second time it arrived without any HTMI port. Also, this desktop is not wireless compatible, so I purchased a wireless USB which I'm also returning.
