Works fast and fine for my needs which are mostly web and Microsoft Office. It does not have wifi connectivity and needs a wired internet connection.

Joy Systems was the refurbisher who prepared my system. I took it out of the box, everything looked to be in good condition. Hooked it up and its been working great so far, no issues with hardware or software and this computer was a major upgrade from my previous computer which I bought more than 10 years ago. No complaints and this refurbisher seems to pride themselves on providing high quality products. I would buy from them again.

The sales associate helped us select a new(refurbished model) and perhaps wasn't quite as clear with what the business model we selected did or did not have; specifically wireless capabilities. We had to buy an after market USB wifi adapter, but after the wait, is working fine with all of our wifi equipment. The biggest issue was with the reusbushing of the frint panel of the desktop. It apparently had been repainted to freshen it up, and was the buttons were completely sealed and painted shut, so much that I was unable to turn on the computer until forcefully breaking the paint. (after much frustration and wondering if the computer was even powered on, as the power light is still non functioning, although maybe is painted over??) The computer appears to be running fine overall so far, but having no working power light, no wifi capabilities and a non working power button was not a great start to setting up.

Bought for my 82 years old Mother. Setup was simple and straight forward. Anti-virus, Microsoft 365 and her card games downloaded quickly without problems. With wired WIFI internet is fast and smooth. Desktop is whisper quite. Perfect Desktop for all her needs.

Quality and price. Only problem is that windows 10 will soon be unsupported. Fast and reliable. If you can live with windows 10, this is a great deal.

I purchased the HP Refurbished EliteDesk 800 G3 Desktop about five months ago, and I am thoroughly impressed with its performance and reliability. Here’s a detailed breakdown of my experience: Performance: Desktop handles multitasking with ease. Whether I’m running multiple applications simultaneously or working with large files, the EliteDesk 800 G3 doesn’t break a sweat. Build Quality: As a refurbished product, I was initially cautious, but the HP EliteDesk 800 G3 arrived in excellent condition (Thanks to Best Buy for excellent packing). The build is solid, and it looks and feels like a brand-new machine. Reliability: Over the past five months, the desktop has performed flawlessly. There have been no issues with hardware or software, and it continues to run smoothly. Value for Money: Given its performance and the fact that it’s a refurbished unit, I find the price to be a fantastic value.

I CHOSE 4 STARS ONLY because I have not used it very much as it was purchased as an affordable "back up" desktop to the one I'm currently using. The price was good and the product is working great for what I have used it for5...So may upgrade (or downgrade?) my review stars as I use it more.

This computer works well, is fast, and covers all the needs I had. I'va had it for a few weeks and have had zero problems. I highly recommend Best Buy as an option for refurbished computers. The prior one I bought, and could not return, only get a replacement which i didnt even want because there were so many problems i bought from ebay for a little cheaper. It wasn't worth it. Zero problems with this one.

This CPU arrived three days early. Excellent!! It was super easy to setup, although I did have to go buy a display port to HDMI cable ($12.99), so I bought 2. So I have two displays running, a 52" and 43" TV. The computer is running Great, not to much of a fan of the Microsoft apps that automatically run and back up, and would have liked during setup to have the option to disable. The surplus amount available ports, and card slots leaves plenty of room for upgrades. I am thrilled with the refurbished product the Joy Systems supplies to Best Buy for an inexpensive desktop computer. I am wicked happy with this purchase.

this computer is much faster and more reliable than myold desktop.Iamm having a problem with e-mail probably my fault but have an apppointment wiith geek squad.

No such thing as perfect, but a good product that preformed up to expectations. Would buy again is the highest praise I could give.

Was skeptical about a refurbished computer, but this was the BEST deal. Easy and quick set up and fits perfectly in my office. Now I can take my laptop on the go and just plug and play here in the office!

Was everything it was stated to be, Worked right out of the box and continues (been 6 weeks so far). The ONLY issue I have is that I wish it came with a printed owner's manual. As that has nothing to do with the performance, I still give it a 5-star rating. I would purchase again.
