I first purchased this same refurbished brand from Amazon, and it did not work, and I decided to purchase from BestBuy. Best decision ever. I usually purchase my electronics from BestBuy, and I should have made the decision from the beginning to go with BestBuy rather than Amazon for this HP Tower. I love it.

Product works well. Arrived ahead of schedule. However, product does not have Wi-Fi capability. This should be clearly stated in the description.

I needed a new desktop computer and am very thankful that joy systems is partnered with Best Buy to sell refurbished equipment like this. For the same price as my current desktop, i got double the ram and a i7 processor instead of an i3. Much faster and so far so good. The only down side is that the keyboard it came with (which i was expecting anyway…so no big deal) one of the keys was broken.

Great product for the value.. I had to add a Bluetooth and Wi-Fi doogle .. oh and a mic doogle but that all was less then $40 . It moves fast and it’s mobile

Amazing PC for the price, the only thing is the graphics card is no good. This isn't good for OBS, streaming or gaming but this is AMAZING for everything else. I swear if this PC had a great graphics card with all the specs already here, this would easily be a $1500USD minimum!

Great little machine for small office work and bookkeeping. The compactness and affordability are awesome. Plenty of peripheral support.

Was weary abou buying a refurbished system but eveything seems to be running great!

Over the years I supported these models of PCs within the call center I supported. They are powerful machines and take up little room on the desktop. Very pleased with their longevity as well.

I purchased 20 of these Hp computers and they worked so good that I got 20 more from this company out in California, then I was looking on Best Buy for a computer and little did I know they have the same refurbished computers too so I purchased one for another client of mine.

This little computer is a beast. Using it to replace a laptop Ive been working on for years. Very fast and responsive. Only knock is that it doesn't have bluetooth, but at least it has plenty of USB ports for devices.

I bought this a few months ago after I specifically asked if it had wifi built in. I was assured the the HP folks that it did. Well, it didnt. And since i needed to get to work i kept it and bought a wifi adpter and luckily my logitec dongle worked beacuse it didnt have bluetooth either. I feel since those were not on there the price should have reflected that.

So far so good I have no complaints as of yet it’s been a short time of me having it.

Purchased this PC as a replacement to view security cameras. It started right up, Windows was preloaded, signed in, and set up our camera app. Works great, just like new. Came with a keyboard and mouse, which I wasn't expecting.

The refurbished system we bought is great. Works out of the package and it was in great shape for a great price. So far so good. I would buy from this place again.

This computer runs well and would meet my needs. but it comes with Windows 10,(which will not be supported past October) and cannot be upgraded to Windows 11. I can find nowhere on the listing that tells me it comes with Windows 10, although it could be hidden someplace. This is outright fraud, and I'm shocked that BestBuy would be this sleazy.

Connectivity Specifications listed are incorrect. There are 0 HDMI outputs and 2 Display Ports instead of the posted 1 HDMI & 3 Display Port outputs. Do not buy if planning on using HDMI.
