I LIKE THE WAY THE CAMERA WORKS AND IS GREAT AND EASY

This started freezing couple of days after I bought this and was getting hot even with less use like opening chrome. returned it and reordered it. I thought I got a faulty one. The second one did not freeze but was getting hot and stopped charging not sure why. Had to return that too. Thought Hp was making standard products but, this gorgeous looking device have lot issues.

Do not buy this laptop. I had a lot of issues with the equipment in less than a year. Have lost my confidence on HP products. To top it all the Geek Squad service was a lot to be said. It’s been a month since the laptop was given to them for repairs and still not back from the shop

It's true what the pro reviewers are saying about this laptop, it is too heavy and clunky to use as a tablet very often BUT it's one heck of a nice tablet when you do. There are no moving parts in this laptop so you will need to buy a portable disc drive and since there is only one 2.0 USB port it makes it hard to be a laptop. The display is hands down the best I've seen. HP's new sleek logo and colors are impressive. The performance is what makes this laptop worthy of its 1k+ price tag. The keyboard is nicely designed making it a pleasure to type away on this laptop. There is a numbers pad to the right of the keyboard. I would maybe give this laptop 4 and a half stars if possible because I would have liked to have had more than one 2.0 USB port.

I got mine Around Christmas. It is the nicest laptop I have ever had. The aluminum case is increadable, but Best buy discontinued the aluminum and went to plastic. A newer gem cut is available in aluminum. 4 k is great. Unfortunately my son's surface book 2 died and I had to give him mine. Contrary to people commenting on it being to big and heavy. My son is in dental school and loves it's screen size using it to take notes in tablet form. He didn't want another surface book 2 because of the small 13" screen even though it was detachable. He prefers using the 15" Spectre for taking notes with the pen and 2 finger glove in tablet mode. I sold his surface book 2 after a warranty exchange and I bought another HP 15" 4k and waiting for delivery
