I love the HP for its light weight and size. Nice gray color and screen clarity for viewing is great. Easy setup.

This is a great computer. Fast wi-fi, even faster then my more expensive laptop. The color is true to the picture. The only 2 reasons I did not mark it as excellent is because you have to take it out of "S" mode to load anything outside the Microsoft store and it's not the easiest task. Also there are not button to click on the mouse pad which is not the best for kids since their hands tend to be a little dirty so the pad gets slower with the dirt on it. Light weight and comes with Microsoft office professional free for 6 months.

The product came with what we thought was Windows 10 which would make it compatible with our other computer but we could not install Office 365. Found out that Windows 10 was Windows 10S which did not allow for any programs to be loaded onto the computer. Had to make another trip back to the store to get the "S" removed. Now have Office 365 installed. The S is very important and none of my friends had heard about it. Customers should be told about the limitation when they buy.

Bought for my 12 yr old to do schoolwork on. Haven’t used windows 10 much but not a fan of being restricted from using chrome browser as she needs chrome apps for her schoolwork. Working on figuring out how to bypass this so she can access what she needs.

Just bought this computer for my 11 year old and she loves it! It's fast and quick internet, faster then what I have on my more expensive laptop. The only reason I didn't mark it excellent was because it wasn't easy to disconnect from "S" mode so that I could download Norton. You cannot download anything outside the Microsoft store in "S" mode. The blue color is like a turquoise color. The only other thing I don't like is it does not have the buttons to click with the mouse pad which can be difficult with a child since their hands are not always the cleanest.

My Grandma's old laptop finally died and she wanted another one so she can continue to keep in touch with family and friends, etc. Not wanting to drop a lot of money she choose this basic laptop. It is lightweight and easy to use and has plenty of memory to store all her pictures and documents. She really only uses it for going online to check her FB (yeah, you read that right!) and emails from her church groups, etc. So far there haven't been any issues and it's the perfect computer for someone who uses a laptop for basic purposes.

Limited laptop computer but for the price point it works really well. Not the fastest machine ever, but for $200 were you really expecting that? Good purchase

first i think it is only windows 10 S mode but when i look it up in internet i can make it windows 10 home edition for free so that i can download google chrome on it.

This was bought for my dad. He did not want to spend much, since he was 87 years old. I did not take into account the 14" screen, too small for his eyes and his ability to move the page around. This would be a great computer for a younger person who wants to have a full keyboard and yet small enough to pack around.

I was having a hard time finding a laptop that would do small tasks without lag that I didn't have to pay too much for. After trying others, I came across this one. It looks nice with the white keys and grey body. It runs everything we need it to and the battery isn't bad either. I really don't have much to complain about. If you are looking for a cheap laptop to do small tasks and games, this is it.

Light easy to use fast compact nice display but needs more storage space.

I am very satisfied with my new laptop. This has all the power and accessories I need for those projects which I need to do while on the go. It is light weight and the resolutions are gorgeous. Thank you Best Buy for providing what I needed at a price I could afford.

For what it is the HP stream is ok. The speed could be a little faster, but for this price it works out. For what you need to have a laptop with Microsoft office it works fine.

I bought this laptop for my 10 year old grandson for his 10 birthday and he loves it. It is mostly used for gaming - but it is 10 year old gaming not advanced adult gaming. It is lightweight and travels well.

I bought this for my daughter and she uses it for gaming Sims and Roblox. It is fast and easy to use. She loves it that it is very light weight and she just throws it in her backpack and goes. Not bulky at all.

We got this for my daughter who is in middle school. She loved the color so much! Not only is it beautiful but works great for her at a great price.
