This is perfect for around the house use as it adds very little bulk and can easily be removed, unlike some other cases. Both viewing positions work well and the tablet sticks without much worry. This is not a protective product. Yes, it will prevent scratching to the screen or back depending on which side its on. That is the extent though. Also, I'm not confident that it will hold up forever with constant bending. We shall see.

This cover is over priced for what it is but it covers the screen with a fairly weak magnet but it is fabulous when you fold it to the back if the device and hold it in portrait mode. It is so grippy you will feel very secure with your device. Going out of the house however I used an inexpensive 360 degree rotating case from Amazon.

Although it seems like a great idea, for a cover, I found very little usage for it. The cover will not protect against drops and the magnets are only strong enough for solid surfaces. If I tried to stand it up, on my lap, I could not get it to really be stable. I would stick with a traditional leather folio case instead.

When I first bought this cover the magnets were nice and strong and it would securely fasten to my nexus 9, however over time it doesn't attach as well. For a 40 dollar price tag I would expect it to last longer.

The Nexus 9 tablet cover works very well. It's magnetic attachment keeps it firmly adhered to the tablet and protected from falling objects and dust when not in use. I particularly like how the screen wakes up when removing the cover during powered on periods. Nice bright color makes finding it easy against most most other colors.

I was excited to try out stock Android so I bought the Nexus 9. With my iPad I've always used the smart cover which met my needs perfectly so I decided to try the HTC made cover for the Nexus 9. This cover is terrible. It magnetically fits well on the screen but unlike Apples smart cover design the Nexus 9 cover doesn't attach to the tablet on the side...it just comes completely off of the tablet when you open it. It also comes off easily which makes me think it won't protect the screen well. I find the cover cumbersome and annoying to use.

OK for standing up, but doesn't quite have enough angle choices and doesn't stay over the screen well for protection. Not worth the $

I bought this thing to be a stand for my tablet. It claims to be a stand for my tablet. The magnets can't hold the weight of the tablet it's designed to support. Works well as a cover, which would be fine if I'd wanted a cover. This thing is WAY too expensive for what it is as well. Very highly recommend getting ANYTHING else.

What a disappointment! All this cover is good for is covering the screen when the tablet is laying down. I bought it to use as a stand. It only works in landscape and is difficult to get the origami corners just right. Whoever designed this thing should be fired! Don't waste your money.

I would not recommend this product. The magnets are to hold the cover to hold the cover on. And no matter which way you set up the cover to stand up the tablet, one little tap and it knocks it over

This is a cover, not a case. Dont get the two mixed up. It works perfectly for what its suppose to do. If you're like me and just want something to protect the screen while in your bag, or moving around, and still want to use the nexus without anything bulking it up, this is perfect

It's good for not scratching the screen but not so good if u want to protect the Nexus 9

Love the tablet itself, but this case is not stable enough to get any kind of good use on it.

This seems like a nice cover at first, similar to the iPad cover that apple sells, then you try to use it and it immediately falls off. Not worth the money so I returned it.

Let me start of by saying I usually love Google Products. I have purchased every iteration of the Nexus tablet line. However, the Nexus 9 Cover is horrible. I feel that I have wasted $40. It randomly falls off when opening or using as a stand. I can get it to function as a stand but if you use your tablet while in "stand mode" the tablet falls off the stand. In a word it is almost useless and I wish it were secured better.

the flipping corners are just right for activating the camera, saves one touch. try and not have more than one camera app.

After other reviews I was worried purchasing the cover, but it is perfect for me. It stays on relatively well and even folds to the back like turning a book cover. I originally thought I'd use it just for traveling, but now I just keep it on all the time since it isn't intrusive when using like other covers.

Bought as a gift. cover works great and fits right.

This cover lacks any kind of hinge and attaches to the tablet with magnets that are not strong enough to keep the cover secure.
