It pairs easily with NFC, and maintains its connection through bluetooth. I've charged it once, over a month ago, and haven't had to charge it yet, GREAT battery life. Charges with any micro USB cell phone charger, easy. Keys feel great and the case adds some decent protection. Magnet is good. Options to adjust the case for typing or watching movies is great. It makes watching movies on a plane enjoyable. And battery life is great while watching HD movies on the Nexus 9.

This keyboard folio does a pretty decent job as a keyboard - it has a good amount of travel, and I can type pretty comfortably on it. It feels like typing on a smaller Apple keyboard. The protection it offers is adequate, but the magnets don't keep the cover on the device. This has never been a problem for me personally, though, because the cover doesn't just come off when I throw my Nexus 9 in my bag. I actually ended up getting this for $90 by price matching Amazon, but I still think this keyboard should be sold for closer to $70. I also wish there was an escape key (although there are two shortcuts for Back and Home and Alt-Tab).

magnets hold well, doesn't slide around very much, a little cramped to type on but functional (typed this review with it). So far battery life is great. very easy to connect. Still think it was over priced but compared to other offerings for blue tooth keyboard this is the best option out there and will not disapoint.

This case is OK for some light typing and portability, but that's about it. The magnet lock is not near tight enough. The smallest flick from browsing a Web page and your at risk tipping it off of the case and knocking your tablet on the table or worse. It is also too costly to recommend. Not enough protection or added functionality to justify the price point.

If you are looking for something for protection, look elsewhere. If you want a decent case with a nice keyboard that sits well, this is it. Setup instructions are non-existent. Turn on NFC and Bluetooth and tap the back of your tablet to the middle of the case. Long part going across the keyboard with camera facing up. The charging port is on the fold. I didn't even know it was there...

This keyboard is great for what it's meant for. No problem connecting to the N9. Also, the magnets are actually pretty strong. I don't feel worried when I carry around my device in the case. I suggest to flip the device around so that the back faces the keyboard so the screen can not get scratched.

I was excited about this product after hearing it being made by HTC. However, it seems it lacks the build quality HTC is famous for. Also, the software isn't as lag free as I would've hoped, This is probably because many apps are not optimized for Android 5.0 just yet. A few more software updates and this should be back to a 5 star rating from me.

The keyboard fits and functions as advertised. Little heavier than expected but not a problem. Keys feel natural but are close spaced as expected. The only thing which is a little awkward is how unstable it is in your lap while in bed because of the hinge design. It really sits best (at the right angle) on a firm surface.

This is a great assessory if you use the tablet like a laptop (at a table). A little cumbersome if you use your tablet as a tablet. Overall very well made and easy to use.

I love this keyboard. Its very easy to carry. The keyboard is cramped, but that should be expected at this size.

Negatives are that I accidentally hit the search key a lot, as I've read from others, too. Also, the "stand" feature is not as stable as I'd like, so it sometimes collapses while I'm using it. It serves the purpose well, thought, and is lightweight and small.

Perfect fit, strong magnetic hold, and setup was quick and simple with NFC tap to pair. I love how the tablet clicks into place when in landscape mode. I do wish the keyboard contained basic android function hot keys though (home, back, application menu).

Keyboard did not set up easily but finally paired. Battery life good. Tablet a bit too heavy for this keyboard folio to support it easily

I really like the nexus. The product came in as expected. Google products are best. Woyld recommend. But a little expensive though. But it is very light.

This keyboard allows for great note taking during meets and being able to use it in multiple positions is key.

what can I say? it does exactly what it's supposed to and has a very premium feel to it.

It is really cool the way the magnets hold your table in place. The keyboard is clunky though, and the overall feel of the case isn't great. I also couldn't deal with typing so close to the screen.

If your looking at this keyboard it's pretty safe to say you know what your after. The Nexus 9 has had its share of negative reviews but after marshmellow it's safe to say most reviewers change their thoughts for the better and once it gets N it'll be much better. All that being said I've loved this keyboard from day one. Without the keyboard my thoughts for the 9 wouldn't be the same.
