I have had a smartwatch ever since Sony Ericssion LiveView, which was horrid! Then the natural progression of; Pebble, Pebble Steel, LG Watch, Moto 360, LG G Watch R and now the Huawei Watch. And I have to say this Huawei watch is the best out there. The resolution is fantastic, the quality of the watch is on par with watches you buy. It is nothing like the past smartwatches. This screams quality the minute you open the box. Even the box itself is worth noting! I have a few actual watch boxes and this take the cake!! With all the merits and what the "Huatch" does really really right, it does have some flaws in my case. For one, the band. It's 18mm. Yes the included band is 18 that tapers to 22mm. This should have been 22mm from the get go. But I digress. And the other thing I don't like about it is that the watch can only mostly hear my "ok google" prompt. Yes it works, but you have to bring the watch to your face like calling KIT from Knight Rider lol. The battery is stellar, even though it's one of the smallest capacity on the market. I can squeak out 23 hours, with the only thing turned off is the tilt to wake feature. Wifi and everything else like brightness to 4 is on. I use this on Android and have not experienced any disconnects other then getting out of range of the phone and then the wifi picks it up. This is one of best smartwatches out there. I recommend spending the extra 50 bux to get the band you want NOW. There are third party bands that can accommodate the 18-22mm taper, but the quality is fantastic on the mesh.

I got this watch for a few reasons -the look! It's beautiful -huawei is a good brand -the sale price was too good to pass up. But I'll say this... this huawei is amazing! It's fast, smooth and the screen is beautiful. Oh and the battery - I get home usually around 7-9pm and I'm usually on 40-50%.

A superior smartwatch in every way...BUT....it needs far more customer support than it has. I operate mine with my iPhone 5S, yet there are very few agents with sufficient info to help. I've Not found one knowledgeable enough. My Huawei Watch has just updated to Marshmallow and I need considerable guidance; help.

I love the design, the build quality feels excellent, the display is great. I haven't had an issue with battery life, I expect I could manage two full days out of it if I tried, but I just charge it nightly anyhow. Being able to make calls with the internal speaker does put it above its contemporaries. For my first smartwatch I have not been disappointed. Its made itself helpful, but not yet essential, I eagerly await seeing full potential.

Beautiful Watch - Lots of Potential

I chose this watch because I wanted a smartwatch that looks more like a dress watch. This one fits that bill. It is a very good looking timepiece. The second reason I chose this watch was that I have an iPhone and I wanted a smartwatch that works with my iPhone that looks more professional than the Apple Watch. With Android Wear for iPhone, this watch gives me basic smartwatch functionality, although there are features available in Android Wear that Google (Alphabet?) hasn't ported to the iPhone app yet. All push notifications work perfectly, and the "Ok Google" speaking feature partially works (you can ask it for weather and other basic information and it will display it on the screen). You can't actually "dismiss" notifications from the watch screen (they don't push back to the phone when you dismiss them on the watch). The watchfaces Huawei built in are very attractive, and you will be able to find one that goes with any outfit you wear. The iPhone Android Wear app only allows a few additional watch faces, and I hope Google adds more to the library that is available to iPhone users so we'll have even more options. Huawei has already issued a firmware update to add some additional features to the watch, and they were good additions, addressing some of the early complaints about the watch. This bodes well for future support by Huawei. I am pleased with my purchase, and if you are considering this watch, it is a good choice for Apple iPhone users who are looking for a dressier, more professional looking watch than the Apple Watch, and it would be an outstanding choice for Android Phone users.

I've been looking at this watch for a while. Thanks to the Black Friday sale, I went ahead and got it. I have to say that I was impressed before I even got to the watch. The packaging is excellent and from what I've seen a better experience than the Tag Heuer Connected. The build and materials of the watch itself are top notch. The only complaint I have is that they could done a little something with the crown. The screen itself doesnt have the flat tire situation that the other watches have because of the lack of a light sensor. To be honest, i don't miss it. It looks much better without it. The watch can last a day and a half under heavy use and two with normal use. Speaking of charge, one of the few complaints I have is that I can't get a good connection to the charger. It takes me two attempts and making sure that it is connected. I've taken it out on a few workouts just to play with the heart monitor and fitness apps. It all works great but is a bit overkill for a watch meant to be worn for more casual settings. Overall, I love the watch. It's easily the best Android Wear outside of the Tag.

Watch has a really classy look to it. Comes stocked with at least 10 or so different faces (you can download plenty more). Syncs up easily to a smartphone (I'm using at HTC One). Notifications like crazy - texts, Facebook, meeting times, etc. Nice not having to pull out my phone to check my text messages. Battery life isn't too bad. It'll easily last through a full day, even with heavy usage. It's pretty much a must that you throw it back on the charger every evening. No major complaints. This was my first smartwatch. Definitely one of the best looking of the bunch. If you want something techy but with a classic look, you can't go wrong with this.

There was a lot of research done before finally deciding to go with Huawei. This is an excellent and very diverse smart watch. Many watch faces can be downloaded for free while there are some that you will have to pay for. The ability to check texts, alerts and who's calling is incredible. Don't want to talk to someone? Hit the red phone icon on your watch without even taking your phone out of your pocket. Battery life is great so long as you set it to shut off when not being used. Otherwise, it will barely last a full day. Love this watch and no regrets.

This is an outstanding Android Watch! The packaging and its appearance is just like a classic watch. The build quality is awesome, and Android Wear runs smoothly. The battery life is impressive in my opinion. After wearing it a whole day with "Screen always on" enabled, it usually still has around 30-40% battery left. I love it.

This smartwatch is amazing. All-day (sometimes more) battery life; fashionable design; high quality presentation; latest features such as internal speaker support. In my opinion the best you can buy from the current crop of Android Wear devices. I've previously owned Gear Live, Moto 360 1st Gen, G Watch R. I loved my GWR... but this Huawei Watch is by far my favorite.

After analizing all Android watches I choose this one and it was a good decision, it is well designed, very compact and looks like a traditional watch, very light as well. Now I get notifications everywhere without carrying my Smartphone, very useful if you're in a business meeting.

The watch is the most beautiful one I've owned, and I've owned pretty much all of them at one point or another. There are a few issues. Battery without Wi-fi is less then a day. Without it's good for a day with an ovrnight charge. Secondly, mine has issues staying connected all the time. I don't know if it's due to conflict with other Bluetooth devices or not.

The watch is undoubtably beautiful in every aspect, I am an apple user however and the watch is only limited with the apple phone in comparison with the Apple Watch. You need to downloaded the app to start and always have it open. Aside from that there are very few apps you can add unlike the apple watch. However you can get mail, calls and messages. I have not tried the fitness aspects yet as the band is metal and not really suited to the gym. I'd suggest they include a rubber band for this reason. Overall though a very nice timepiece which is a lot less 'digital' looking than the Apple Watch. As a bonus there are many beautiful watch faces to choose from.

So I ordered my Huawei watch on Bestbuy.com the experience to purchase left to be desired but it all got worked out after some phone calls. The watch arrived as planned. I was NOT able to purchase GeekSquad protection, so please be aware! So far set up was great of the watch. Look and over all feel are very nice. The watch is easy to sync to my Android device and many of the notifications, google maps and talk to text work brilliantly. I like that it does not have that "flat tire" like the Moto 360 and I did not go with a square version because I did not want people to think it was an Apple Watch. I really like the watch and feel like my move from Apple after the iPhone 6 and being with that brand for 7 years has left me feeling liberated!

Looks like a normal watch, which is a huge deal for me. Being able to see notifications without having to look at my phone is extremely convenient, especially when doing things around the house. Once the speaker is enabled I won't even need to carry my phone when I am at home. Android wear is easy to navigate, and watch battery last all day. The only drawback for me is not with the watch, but with Google Fit. It isn't quite the fitness tracker it could be (yet), which is a shame because it has the necessary sensors.

Absolutely love the Huawei Watch. Best display, long lasting battery, always connected to phone or cloud via wi-fi. Bought a LG Urbane for spouse and returned it and got a Huawei instead. We both are happy and love our Huawei watches. Can't wait for the updates and see how the integrated speaker is going to work with Android 6, and Android Wear 1.4

This is an elegant piece that syncs to iOS through an app. The only shortcoming is the battery life. It will cover the day. If set to brightest it hardly covers it.
