First thoughts is that this is amazing and very cheap for all the features it has, and having a smart phone everything is controlled through the app.. with motion detection, night time vision, night light, plays musing and you can even speak through the speaker on the device using uour phone

I bought this to monitor my dog while I was out of the room. I was hoping that the product would allow live streaming of my dog from the other room. Instead, when it senses movement (which was REALLY inconsistent ) it takes a video and then alerts you. The lag was ridiculous. Also there appeared to be no sound. I am going to try to find an old fashion monitor that works off radio waves NOT internet connections. I just want to hear if she is wining or barking. This was a 100% FAILURE! ALSO very hard to connect to the wifi. took 3 or 4 tries each time I plugged it in.

This is great camara for ur baby's. I used it for my 2 little ones with no problems. Works in the dark and the speakers are decent, has a Cloud for recording movements but have to pay a subscription for it. Even used it as a security cam inside the house when we go for a road trip.

I used to buy Motorola baby cameras. However, this camera is good-quality, sound and very useful even when we are out of town and want to keep an eye on our house. Easy to connect. There is no need to buy the membership, it works and records for 24 hours.

It does what i need it to. I dud have trouble connecting to wifi but eventually got it to connect by moving it around the room. I will tell you that the notifications sometimes get annoying because i think the wind will cause it to sense movement.

I am sorry to hear you had trouble setting your camera up with the Hubble Club app. The setup of the Nursery Pal Glow with the Hubble app that's available for both Android and iOS phones.
During setup, we recommend to check the camera's position. The mobile device should not be very close to the camera. It should have a 15-30 cm distance ideally. And as it is possible that the camera is not able to focus, the mobile device must be kept steady. It's important to make sure there are no special characters in Wi-Fi network name and password, and to use a 2.4GHz band as the Hubble camera cannot connect when it's set to 5GHz.

I am Mike and here to help! The Nursery Pal Glow Deluxe works with our HubbleClub app, and there you can also change the streaming quality by choosing from 300kbps to 1000kbps image quality. You can change it by pressing on the current number above the live streaming area or by going to the camera’s settings – settings – choosing the video quality.
Please note the higher quality you choose, the better network speed your camera is connected to should be.

Hello,
I’m having issues with the sound sensitivity. We live in a 3 storage house. When we close the baby’s room which is on the 3rd floor we can hear noises from the 1st and 2nd floors through the cellphone. All types of noises (ventilation, closing doors, shower, even when my boyfriend blowing his nose lol) from the 1st, 2nd and 3rd floor goes through the camera therefore goes through the cellphone. This is extremely annoying.
Is there anyway we can change that!?! I’ve changed the setting so that the sound sensitivity is at LOW and lowered the volume.
Also there’s a huge problem with interference. If the baby’s room door is open, I will hear a loud interfering noise through my iPhone. I can’t even come in the baby’s room with my cellphone if the app is on since the interfering sound is so LOUD.
I’ve sent 2 e-mails to the company and they never got back to me.
We can’t use the camera.
