Love mine minus the seat being hard as a rock easy to use and assemble gets compliments everywhere wish the range was better peddle assist works great good bang for your buck if you get it on sale cant complain to much

This is my third e-bike, and by far the cheapest. I got it on sale for $600, and for that price it's pretty hard to beat. However, compared to more expensive e-bikes, it's extremely basic. Here are the main drawbacks: - Bike is HEAVY, like 65 pounds - Brakes are pretty weak, and require a ton of force to stop quickly. Hydraulic calipers would be a huge improvement - No speedometer or screen, very cheap and basic panel to choose between assist modes - Uses a very basic cadence sensor - it takes a couple pedal rotations to kick in, and then keeps ramping up power until you stop pedaling, then start over at zero assist With that said though, for the price it's good, as long as you're just riding for fun. It would also be fairly easy to upgrade with better brakes, and controller and screen, both of which I plan on doing. The main reason I bought was for the paint scheme, and it does get lots of smiles on the bike trail!

My son was more than ecstatic to get this bike as an early Christmas gift. On his second day of using it something happened with a pedal and arm, which it broke and he fell off his bike getting hurt. I took it to the local bike shop who let me know it needed a new arm and possibly a new crank. I attempted to contact the customer service of Best buy because the bike is under warranty but could not get through. Attempted to contact the company, same experience. Not sure what else to do! This was an expensive purchase with the hopes and goals that it would be around for some time.

The bike was purchased for my twelve year old son, he really likes the look, the tires being wider, and the speed it has with the battery pack. Only bad thing about it is the seat of you plan on going longer distances, probably will replace with a bigger seat. Overall he enjoys it, would recommend buying if you are in the market for an e-bike.

Great bike and my son loves it. Definitely a bmx look and feel and easy to ride. It can go pretty quick with peddling assistance. Battery doesn’t charge in cold weather so took it indoors to charge.

It was worth all the effort to buy it.............
