    So I must be missing something here because this is really just a compression belt like the one that warehouse workers use , but of a pretty cheap quality. Also there is a hole in it for you to put your ice bag in. Because that dial that you see in the picture is actually just the lid for their ice bag. Seriously, for this much money the ice bag should be reusable and pre-filled with ice gel or something because you have to keep putting ice in it. Don’t waste your time don’t waste your money and find yourself a slim flexible ice pad and a wrap that fits

From what our customers share with us, they enjoy the flexibility of controlling how much ice they need for their own individual needs. Perhaps the Venom back which offers heat and vibration therapy would be a better fit for providing some relief for your back.

    Terrible quality. The part that holds the ice was melted before it ever got used.

    My kids are gymnasts and absolutely love this product. Its easy to use keeps the ice in place and gives extra compression in the spot where they really need it! The wide-waisted band does a great job of holding ice in place while they perform other tasks like eating dinner, doing homework, or just watching tv.
