I am totally impressed and blown away by this technology from Hyperice with the Normatec 3 Legs System. This has been a fantastic experience using this while I work out and train as an athlete. This Normatec 3 uses air compression throughout 5 separate zones in each leg sleeve. The compressing of the air against your legs feels unique at first, but is helping aid the recovery process from your various training programs. It helps to increase your circulation, rejuvenate muscles, reduce swelling, relax you, help remove lactic acid build up in your muscles, and decrease overall muscle fatigue. I am an athlete that likes to workout with running, indoor biking, and at home weight workouts. I used the Normatec 3 Legs System for the past few days and I've felt recovered and refreshed to attack my next day's workouts. I felt more rejuvenated the next day to help me feel like I can continue to train harder without having to feel like I need a rest day. This also is a great way to help revive the legs before you do a workout as the air compression can help to increase circulation before my workouts as well. Another great way I have been using this in my home is as a sleep aid. Relaxing in bed before I sleep, this helps to give me some night time relief and helps to soothe me to sleep. When you utilize this Normatec 3 Legs System with the Hyperice app, you can easily find some various programs to help recover and also to help aid your fitness plan. There are 7 various levels of air compression pressure to choose from. This can be selected and chosen from the handheld device/remote that comes with the set, or you can opt to control it from your Hyperice app and smartphone. There are also 5 areas for ZoneBoost if you want to focus more on one particular area that needs more attention. Also you can adjust the time sessions based on your preference. The system comes with the 2 leg sleeves where you place your legs into, the main control unit/remote, the hose to distribute air, a 15V charger, and 3 plug adapters for international use. The main control unit is rechargeable, and can hold a charge for 3 hours, so you can easily take the leg system with you on the go for your athletic endeavors. And for the athletes that travel frequently from competition to competition this is a TSA approved carry on. This can also be geared toward other additional options from Hyperice with attachments for arms and hips for further purchases. As a former NCAA Div. 1 athlete in Track and Cross Country, I can attest to the value that a device like this would give in improving my daily training. This is meant for not only athletes looking to perform at a high level, but also for everyday hard working people that are on their feet all day. I work in an office setting and am up on my feet all day, but I could see this benefiting anyone after a long day on their feet. I consider this to be an investment in my health and longevity. PRO: Maximum leg recovery Reduce swelling and inflammation Relieve the muscle pain Operates with or without an app Invest in my health

----- SUMMARY ----- Verdict: After experiencing the Normatec 3, I believe it’s one of the best recovery tools available. I’ve been trying to make recovery a bigger part of my active lifestyle, and the convenience and effectiveness of the Normatec 3 are helping me do that. Whether you’re a fitness enthusiast or just someone on your feet a lot, I think you’d benefit from the Normatec 3. Pros: - Easy to setup and use - Highly effective for recovery and warmups - Customizable pressure and zone settings - Useful app with Bluetooth control - Great battery life Cons: - No saveable profiles in the app - No carrying case/bag included ----- DETAILS ----- Unboxing & Setup: The Normatec 3 comes well–packaged in a nice box. The unboxing experience doesn’t make or break a product, but it’s a good first impression, and I applaud Hyperice for going above and beyond. There’s even a handle on top of the box. Until I upgrade to a gym bag or the Normatec Backpack, it’ll be great for storage. When you open up the box, the first thing you see is the control unit. To the right are the two leg attachments (aka compression boots), and then several cardboard slots that have the hose, 15V charger, additional plug adapters (for different types of wall outlets), and the user documentation. Getting started is as easy as attaching the hose to the control unit and boots, putting the boots on, turning on the control unit, customizing your settings, and pressing start. Design & Features: Starting with the Normatec 3 control unit, you have four setting selections with various options/levels. “Attachment Selection” is for choosing the attachment. In this case, it's legs, but hip and arm attachments are available. “Pressure Level” allows you to choose from seven levels. “ZoneBoost” extends the duration of compression to a specific area, and there are five zones to choose from. “Time” sets the duration of the compression and can be adjusted in 15-minute increments. You can choose to stop it at any point with the start/stop button located in the bottom right corner. I like that the control unit is compact, simple, and has a smooth, matte finish. It’s both functional and appealing. As for the compression boots, each has a zipper that slides from the bottom to the top, making it easy to slip them on and off. Each boot also has its own hose connector which you attach to the main hose that ultimately merges into one going into the control unit. The boots are quite long, so they can accommodate a wide height range. I’m 5’11” and the boots fit me well, but there’s plenty of room if you’re shorter or taller. My wife and I share these compression boots, and I initially thought they might be too long for her, but the ability to turn off the upper zone and not zip them up completely worked just fine for her. More on the customizations later. Overall, from the control unit down to the boots, each component of the Normatec 3 seems well-designed and high quality. Effectiveness: I’m new to compression therapy and was admittedly a little skeptical. That skepticism quickly disappeared when I used Normatec 3 for the first time. The best way to describe it is like a restorative massage. It’s fantastic for recovery but also for warming up. Leg day is a little more bearable for me when I use the Normatec 3 to get my legs ready with a 15-minute “Pre workout warmup” routine that’s available in the Hyperice app as well as a 45-minute “Post workout recovery”. The Normatec 3 has made a noticeable difference in my workouts and recovery. I’m a believer in compression therapy now and hope to get the arm and hip attachments at some point. Battery: Though you can use the Normatec 3 while it’s plugged into an outlet, the Control Unit has up to three hours of battery life. I think three hours is great for this type of device because it allows me to get quite a few sessions in on one charge and take the Normatec 3 with me to locations where an outlet isn’t available. Battery status can be checked by looking at the five lights at the top of the Control Unit. App: The Hyperice app (available for iOS and Android) provides guided routines specific to the Normatec 3 and additional customization options. Since the app connects to your Normatec 3 via Bluetooth, it will automatically start and adjust the compression for you. It’s a convenient way to take the guesswork out of recovery. The custom controls in the app elevate the experience in a couple of ways. One is the ability to vary the pressure in different zones. Since I have somewhat small calves, I find higher pressure in that zone ideal, but if I had that same pressure towards my thighs, it would be too much. With the adjustable zone pressure, I can find just the right setting for each zone. The other useful customization option is the ability to skip zones. This is particularly useful for my wife and me due to our height difference. When she first tried the compression boots with the default settings, she was a little uncomfortable because they are much longer than her legs. Then we realized we could just turn off the very upper zone and not zip the boots all the way up. That made a big difference in her comfort. My only wish is that the app could save profiles so that she could easily start a session with her custom settings instead of having to adjust them each time. That minor inconvenience aside, I’m quite happy with the app because it improves the experience. The routines are convenient, and the combination of the adjustable zone pressure and ability to turn off zones allow the Normatec 3 to be comfortable and effective for different body types. ----- WHAT’S IN THE BOX ----- 1 x Normatec 3 Control Unit 1 x Hose 2 x Standard Leg Attachments 1 x 15V Charger 3 x International Plug Adapters 1 x Quick-start Guide 1 x User Manual 1 x Pair of Hyperice Stickers

The product starting out great for my legs for a long day and working out. Legs feel rejuvenated. However, after only 1 month, it no longer turns on. I’ve tried resetting the battery as shown on a youtube video for Normatec. This is unacceptable especially for the price. It will definitely be returned.

Great recovery air system, poor design

My wife and I try to run/power walk everyday at home on our treadmill. She likes to walk briskly for about 30 minutes, I run about 1.5 miles twice a day. After these types of workouts we need to have some sort of relief for our legs at night. Enter the Hyperice Normatec 3. This is a compression air system to help provide relief, “recover faster, improve your training and maximize performance.” Sounds nice but when we actually utilize it, we are completely in agreement to their promise. Each leg is placed in these leg attachments where, when powered on, air slowly fills in and begins to compress around you. It begins in the feet area and moves up to the ankles, shins, calves, knees, quads, hamstrings. It goes in that order from the bottom, frontside, backside on up. By doing that it focuses on specific muscle groups providing the much needed relief through several pulses and pressed air. Their aim is to reduce the swelling of your muscles. The power controller is situated at the top of the attachments, a design flaw in my opinion (I will get more into that later). The Normatec 3 uses 7 levels of compression and pulse technology where the air compression creates a massage that helps you feel refreshed. There are also 5 overlapping zones that they call ZoneBoost to like I mentioned before, focus on those particular muscle groups. To enhance your experience, the Hyperice app is a must addition to your workout. The app has several different sessions: from pre-workout, post workout and improve your sleep. Note that many of these sessions are for other Hyperice devices. What is great about the app is that you can utilize your phone to control the session via Bluetooth. You simply pair your phone to the control panel and there you go. Your phone has to be very close to the controller in order for this to work. On the app you have the timer to see your progress, and can control the pressure and zone(s). So, my only complaint and why I gave it 4 stars ja because of the controller attachment. It is located at the top of the attachments which means it is in the way and cumbersome to have when you are utilizing the Normatec 3. You can’t have it lay on you and it feels weird placing it to your side where the chords are just lying on you, so you have to put it in between your legs. It is also quite heavy, a very illogical design decision. Yes the controller can work without it plugged into the power adapter and you have 3 hours of usage before you need to recharge. Still, a very poor design for this. Overall, I feel that the Hyperice Normatec 3 is one of the best compression air recovery systems in the market. Just that one design flaw prevents me from giving it a full 5 star rating.

    Amazing Compression Boots

Being an avid runner, I am always on the lookout for new tech in the recovery and massage devices. I run several races (15k-marathons) a year and spend my weekends on endurance runs. Being part of a training group, I get to try other people's tech to learn and see what fits my needs. There were three common brands that I noticed and Normatec was one of them. I have been using a different brand compression boots (bought in 2019, in the same price range) and now have an opportunity to compare my experiences with the newly released Normatec 3 legs. This is my first Hyperice product, I have been brand loyal on my earlier sports therapy products and am pretty happy with my first try of Hyperice's product. Now I am eager to try their other products! I have three criteria that I always look for on the sports therapy products - durability, configurability/customization, and how innovative the product is on pain treatment - aka what tests/research they did do to pick on what to improve on their product. Normatec 3 Legs technology is definitely a significant improvement on the product I current use, and competes with new products that are in the market offering similar features. 1) Design and Durability - Definitely built to last. Premium material, zippered legs with different compaction zones, and designed to fit all leg sizes (S/M/L) and pretty good battery life. The good part is the overlapping configurable compression zones that I didn't see in other recovery boots that I tried before. Easy to clean, lightweight and can be packed in a small backpack for on-the-go use. It allows you to activate only 4 zones if you have shorter legs, and not have to worry about zipping up the boots to the very end. 2) Features - What I like about this product is the customization it offers on the recovery boots. The handheld controller has few settings - pressure level, zone booster, and time selection, but the app (Bluetooth) itself offers few extra settings (see the attached pics) that are not available on the handheld controller which I found extremely helpful to target my sore calf muscles. This feature itself is worth upgrading the product and it specifically allows you to target sore muscles post workouts. Also, the app has specific routines that you can pick from - warm up, post workout recover, sore muscle treatment, etc. Now I started to use the recovery boots as warm up before my endurance runs and started to notice my recovery time has dropped with this routine. 3) Technology - 7 levels of compression, patented pulse technology along with overlapping compression zones and zone booster designed to mimic the natural muscle pumps to increase blood circulation. I used my previous recovery boots for 45 minutes and I reduced my recovery time to 30 mins and am able to get back to my usual activities with the shorter recovery time. I will have to test this for few more months to see if their tech has prolonged effect on muscle recovery and reduce my cramps post endurance runs. I have seen several products that overwhelm users with information, settings, configuration, etc. and what I love about this product is their app and controller is amazingly simple and delivers the right information that you really care about. I highly recommend Normatec 3 Legs for someone who is more serious about their recovery and sore muscle treatment post workouts. It does help reduce long term damage to muscles which are irreversible for the most part. I am eager to try their Hyperice X and Venom leg to treat my sore knees after endurance runs.

The Normatec 3 leg compression therapy system is definitely something that any athlete should try out! The system is very lightweight, highly configurable, modular, and easy to setup and use. The pump & control module is surprisingly ergonomic to hold while selecting your settings and the battery lasts a long time! Like, I have used them 4-5 times at 60 minutes, 5/7 pressure and it still has one of the five lights lit up! The charger is compact and the box the system comes in doubles as a storage/carrying case! A very nice feature for something that you'll definitely want to bring with you for races and other competitions! I have been using the leg boots for post-ride recovery and it shaves a solid day off my recovery time after long bike rides and longer runs. The modular approach was a solid decision by the team at Hyperice, as this allows you to configure and use the compression system to suit your needs and expand its offerings at a later time, adding the arm or hip attachments or just being able to single out one leg at a time, this is one incredibly versatile system! The biggest highlight I would say is the noise level, this is whisper quiet and will not distract from your favorite TV show or coworkers in a quiet office, if you choose to compress while you work (I do for the time saving benefit and why not while sitting at my desk). Overall, I would definitely recommend these to anyone looking to get a little extra performance and recovery from their body before or after athletic activity. They are totally worth the price to have this level of convenience and recovery available without having to schedule an appointment at a sport clinic!

    Fear Leg Day No More

This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.

I was skeptical at first hearing about a product like the Normatec, but boy has my mind been changed after using these for a week. There is something very unappealing about leg day for most folks; the feeling of delayed onset muscle soreness after you push yourself harder makes the simplest things like walking uncomfortable. Then add the stairs and the occasional seat at the toilet…forget about it. There’s a reason leg day is a popular meme. Google it. The Hyperice Normatec 3 system is my first compression therapy system, using percussive massagers as my way to battle DOMS prior. Setup is very, very simple. The system comes with two leg sleeves, the Normatec 3 control unit, and the hose two connect the two together. It also comes with international charge adapters for those athletes that are on the move. Just a quick 101 on how it works: The Normatec sleeves (legs, arms, hip) have overlapping zones to target specific areas of your body, so it’s not inflating one large balloon. With those zones, Hyperice’s Pulse Technology controls which zones to activate/deactivate. By default, the chambers activate for about 30 seconds, then release. Zone activations are not random; the bright minds at Hyperice have come up with routines that flow with the natural anatomy of the human body. Oh and one last thing…all of us are built differently, so the Hyperice detects pressure levels based on your anatomy and applies the appropriate amount of pressure for a given pressure setting. At least that’s how I think it should work. The benefits are increased blood circulation and faster muscle recovery, to name a few. Using the Normatec 3 system is even easier than setup. There are two main ways to use it: standalone or via Bluetooth using the Hyperice App. Using it standalone will give you basic tuning controls such as a single pressure level (1 low -7 max) setting across all chambers, a ZoneBoost option to give a single chamber of choice a bit of a pressure boost and additional time focus, and finally a Time duration (minimum 15 minutes, maximum 60 minutes). This leg system has 5 chambers total. Make sure the zipper is fully zipped! Using the Bluetooth option will give you finer tuning knobs, allowing you to set settings for specific zones. You’ll be able to configure pulse dwell time as well as set pressures per zone. It’s essentially the standalone ZoneBoost setting, but for the power user. So think about when you want to target your lower quads because you were hitting those front squats hard. Routine times can be set as low as 10 minutes and past 60 minutes in this mode as well. Promised battery life is up to 3 hours. I do find myself charging it at the end of each week, but my leg days (2x/week) are covered fine and use a little over 2 hours before I need a charge. Worst case, you can run with these plugged in. One thing you won’t find on the Normatec control unit is predefined routines, which you can only run through the Hyperice app. This is my preferred choice in using the system. I’ll activate the 15 minute “Pre workout warm up” routine to get my legs ready for my lower body workout. It gets the blood flowing in my quads and calves, giving me confidence that I can jump right into my lower body workout routine. After my workout, I’ll activate the 45 minute “Post workout recovery” routine and reap the benefits of a much lessened DOMS. Then there are those days where you spend an entire day walking around a theme park and need to unwind: there's the 35 minute “Long day unwind” routine. There are other routines for legs, arms and hips, if you have the additional sleeves. If I had a couple of complaints (and they’re minor ones), one would be how rigid the connecting hose is. Oftentimes, when I move it out of the way, it comes right back and settles right in my chest area, where I might be using my laptop or mobile phone. I have to put the control unit as far as I can from me, usually between my feet. This is fine because I’m using the app to control it. The other is using it while wearing shorts. It can get a bit uncomfy as the zones inflate, almost feeling like a pinching sensation. I would recommend wearing long, thin pants like pajama pants or something like that. It also eliminates the sticky feeling after you’re done with a session. If I'm being really, really nitpicky, I would like to know if the unit is being charged when plugged in; the LEDs don’t turn on to indicate charge level and the only way to find out is to turn the unit on. I now use the system daily, definitely utilizing the pre and post workout routines set in the app for a leg day workout, and the unwind routine in between leg days to further aid in the soreness. Leg days are still hard, no doubt, but the days after shouldn’t be. Thank you, Hyperice.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my partner who is a basketball coach and avid gym goer. At first, I was going to get him one of those stand up leg massagers or maybe one of the other sleeves due to cost, but figured its Christmas and I could splurge on him a little. I thought he'd use it a bit, and then eventually it would be something he forgot about like his hand held massage gun. He LOVES these! He uses them weekly and raves about how his legs feel after. After a long day of work and coaching, he'll sit down on the coach and zip these up, set up his lap desk, and keep on working. I highly recommend these to anyone who is looking for a way to recover!

The Normatec 3 has been a welcomed addition to my fitness life. This is a product that you don't know that you actually need until you have tried it. Below are my thoughts on it. [THE PROS] Highly Customizable: The Normatec 3 has many settings that can be tweaked to offer a variety therapeutic experiences. I typically resort to utilizing all 5 zones to leave no part of my legs untreated. However, my wife enjoys focusing on a lower legs which is possible through the companion app. A side note: The included leg wraps are taller people 5'11 and above, but can be used by shorter people when reducing the number of zones. The company does sell shorter leg wraps also. Different Presets/Programs: Since I'm still growing in my knowledge of different techniques for rehabbing, I enjoy using the many available presets with the product I was able to test different programs while I monitored how my body responded to each one. So far everything has resulted in a positive experience. Great Battery Life: It's awesome not to be tethered to a power outlet for use. I have been using this product before bed without needing the charger. Despite the large nature of the Normatec 3, the battery lasts well enough to offer some portability. [THE CONS] Quirky App Experience: There have been times when I'm executing a routine through the app that may not properly update the status after it's done. The companion app would register the program as unfinished although it has been completed physically. This could probably be remedied through an update so it's not a major gripe. No Storage Bags: I highly enjoy the Normatec 3, but I did wish for it have included a bag for storage and possible travel. The system is bulky to which I don't have a problem it. It just would be nice for a bag or case to have been included for easy storage. A product like this is very delicate so it would be extremely important to properly store and protect it between uses. [THE CONCLUSION] The Normatec 3 is an awesome device for fitness enthusiasts, but can benefit the average person as well. I'm looking forward to an app update and more preset programs and routines.

A Serious Pre & Post Workout Recovery Tool

I've been using the Normatec 3 Legs for about a week now. Throughout this week I've not only focused my workouts around my legs, but I've also ramped up the intensity to try and get a sense for how well this device performs as a recovery aid. In short, I have been very impressed with the results. However, I do believe that this is one of those products that you must consistently use in order to see significat results. This past week, I've made it a habit to use the Normatec 3 legs as soon as getting home from my workouts. For reference, I'm a 5'10 male weighing 185 lbs with an athletic build. I work out on a consistent basis at least 3 times a week. Most of my workouts this past week have consisted of leg strength/muscle building exercises (e.g. squats, romanian deadlifts, leg extensions, lunges, leg presses, calf raises, air squats, squat jumps, burpees), a mix of 3 to 7 mile runs, and a ton of rowing on a concept 2 RowErg machine. This past week, I deliberately increased the intensity and volume of any given leg workout in an attempt to build as much lactic acid as possible to put the Normatec 3 Leg system to the test. For those considering this leg compression system, you'll be happy to know that the construction and build quality is extremely top notch. For the last couple of years, I have used a more inexpensive leg compression recovery system from a much less well known manufacturer. The difference is night and day. This Normatec 3 leg compression system feels like a tool that you'd find at your physical therapist's office. The hose attachment system along with the fabric used for the leg inserts feel very premium and well constructed. Both leg attachment hoses and the main hose that connects to the control unit snap perfectly into place. The control unit itself also feels very premium and sturdy. I love the very simple and uncluttered layout of the physical buttons. One of my favorite things about this leg compression system is the length of the leg inserts. This easily spans my entire leg all the way from my hips to my toes. I've seen other leg recovery systems (including the one I own and have been using for the last couple of years) which barely reach halfway up my quad. This Normatec 3 leg system completely envelops my legs and is a massive difference in terms of the areas it's able to target as compared to my previous leg compression system. I also love that it's able to cover my feet in its entirety so that my feet can also get some relief. In terms of performance, I am extremely impressed. This almost makes my previous leg compression system feel like a toy. The amount of pressure as well as the different muscle groups, or "zones", that this Normatec 3 targets is unrivaled. I usually use pressure levels 3 to 5. Pressure level 5 already provides my legs all the compression I need (or would want). Anything higher and I'm not sure that I can tolerate that level of compression yet. When using the Normatec 3, the hyperice mobile app is a must in my opinion. While the physical control unit provides you with all basic modes of operation (like changing the pressure and using different zones to target specific areas), the hyperice app has several pre-customized routines that you can select depending on the type of exercise you were engaged in. I've been using the "post workout recovery" and the "post run recovery" routines the most. The routines are fairly long (45 minutes each) but they are well worth it. Typically when I expose my legs to the level of intensity and volume that I've put them through this past week, the muscle fatigue and soreness is very apparent (to the point where I'm limping). While I still feel some minor level of soreness, the difference is readily apparent. At no point have I felt that I've had to give my legs significant rest from working out. There was definitely a level of "freshness" in my legs that I normally dont experience under this level of physical stress. While I realize that everybody's body reacts differently to different treatments and also the amount of time it takes to recover varies for everyone, I am fully convinced that for me there has been a significant improvement in post workout recovery since using the Normatec 3. Overall, I think this is an outstanding product for either the serious athelete or even just the casual gym-goer who is serious about their physical well being. I have struggled to really find any cons. The hose attachment system has plenty of length, the control unit is rechargeable, the battery easily lasts through at least 3 full length routines, the leg inserts are comfy and fit well, and the entire system is portable enough to take on the go. If I really had to find a gripe, it would probably have to be the pre-set time intervals. They are in increments of 15 minutes. The lowest setting on the control unit I was able to set was 15 minutes (although I guess you could always just press the "start/stop" button if you want a shorter time control). However, it would be nice to manually set a specific time. I tried doing so on the Hyperice app and I was not able to manually set a custom time. A great bonus would have been if Hyperice included a travel case for this system. All in all, this product pleasantly suprised me. I think this is a fantastic tool to add to your fitness arsenal if you're serious about pre and post workout recovery to make the most of your workouts.

Hyper Ice acquired an excellent company with a great brand known for quality. Normatec has been a leader in the compression therapy space for quite some time and you get the same great tech just under the name Hyper Ice. The Normatec 3.0 system is a perfect entry into the mainstream user space. It has been streamlined and simplified so anyone can use it. The learning curve has been reduced so the intuitive interface takes over. Normatec 3 Unit is super minimal, effective, and intuitive. The interface is clean and easy to understand and navigate. The base unit battery is house in the unit along with the pumps. Battery life is rated at 3 hrs. and also pack the pumps and Bluetooth connectivity. Everything is housed within this unit making it lightweight and portable. Setup Setup out of the box is super easy and fast. Put on the boots, connect three air hose connectors, select your routine and settings, then press start. The boots can be put on easily in one of two ways: like pants or like zipper boots. Aesthetics and design is better this time around in my opinion. Things are easier to use and simplified vs last year's model. Quality and Build Normatec is synonymous with quality and tech that is built to last and the Normatec 3.0 system is no different. The boots slide on or zip open using all high quality medical grade materials. Unzip them and you can wipe and sanitize after longer sessions where you may be sweating. The boots are built of professional grade materials and built to withstand the rigors of training and recovery. Bright Spots +APP to make changes while laying down +Super silent pump that is powerful and effective. +Battery life is excellent and rated at 3 hours. Personally I have made it an entire week with a 30min session 6 days before recharging. +Matte finish to reduce fingerprints +Ambidextrous boots +Overlapping seamless compression design so you air stays put in the right chambers +Portable and self-contained in a single unit +TSA approved for air travel carry-on Need Polish -Legs sleeves are long for me. I am 5' 7" and have about 6" of cuff if I pull it all the way up to my groin. No other boots are available for purchase at the time of this writing. They are sold out. -No case after spending $800? -Routines should be easier to decipher what is happening. Doesn't say what to expect. -Deflation takes a while since there isn't a pump for that. It is a passive deflate, but you can speed it up by taking the boots off and rolling the air out. -In app not much customization ready for Normatec 3. Things still show Normatec 2 and nothing reflects Normatec 3 as of 7/21/2022. Maybe there is more functionality coming but it's early so far. -In app, there is the ability to customize zones so shorter people can turn off the 5th zone for upper quad and get a better fit. If you own Normatec 2.0, this isn't really a worthy upgrade aside from battery life and a streamlined not so fancy design. To me it is a refresh of the 2.0, but maybe there's a Normatec 3.0 Pro will be coming soon. To me the Normatec 2.0 Pro still has more functionality but it could be it is early in the 3.0 lifecycle.

Hubby and I really like this Hyperice set. You can even travel with them. TSA approved for carry-on Color display panel shows the timing of each session and 7 intensity levels. Hubby was able to Bluetooth connect to the Hyperice App in less than 5 minutes he was up and running. It’s pretty self explanatory. Customizable time, pressure, and zone settings Via ZoneBoost technology makes for a great muscle and body reset. Compact, lightweight unit will fit into a backpack. 15 V power and rechargeable, lithium-ion battery. Make sure you fully charge before using. Lay down on a flat surface and relax. It’s better that someone help you out them on the first time so that you are comfortable bc the best sessions are at least 30-45 minutes. All of the unit can be wiped down with a damp rag. We only have the legs setup but will strongly plan on getting the arms and waste section as well. The black color is really good for keeping clean and to me, more relaxing. We play golf and in this Texas heat this is perfect for our legs.

Love love love! I could not be happier. I work out a ton and 30 minutes a day helps recovery. The product has run smooth, no issues. I surprised how strong it can get, I’ll work my way up!

After 2 ACL surgeries (and another one later this year), 2 meniscus tears and regular knee pain - this has been an absolute god send. I first used after my therapist suggested it after PT. Helped with recovery and pain. Yes, it is a bit pricey, but it's incredibly helpful when your legs are hurting. I also got the hip and lower back attachment that has also been incredibly helpful. The ONLY minor gripe I have is that when using this with shorts on, it can sometimes pinch the skin and can be uncomfortable. Otherwise, I highly recommend this for anyone experiencing regular leg pain or are recovering from surgery. On a separate note, you can customize the compression to help those with clots in their calf's or those that require compression socks.

Got these out of curiosity and I've been extremely happy with the product. I play a few sports and my legs take a beating. These helped way more than I was expecting. A little on the expensive side, but if you need a recovery tool that works, this is it!

Got these to help with recovery while running and working out. I was training for a half marathon and mildly strained my calf muscle with only 2 weeks till my run. I used these every day with no running or jogging leading up to race day and was able to complete my half marathon with no pain or soreness in my calf. I give them 4 outta 5 stars cause they are a bit expensive and would be nice if they came with a bag or carrying case for that price, but overall im satisfied with my purchase!

Excellent product. I purchased a cheaper brand elsewhere (A) and they were junk so I returned them. Reviewers all recommended these even though they are a bit pricey. With the Total Tech membership I received $100 off the price. I’m so glad I purchased them. I use them daily in the AM & PM. When I figured what I’d spend going somewhere for a treatment, plus the time & travel it made sense to have my own.
